Geek Squad agent does not know what to do
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed with the service not from the agent point of view that was very nice but the issue that I am still having with this receiver . These agents do not know how to set up a surround sound system they are not trained they come out and turn on you tube and show how the sound it and tells me that is all working correctly and yet I am still having issues with the received it need it to adjust and calibrate which they did not do I have to call them two times and still not to my satisfaction and the return date is long gone . It might be an issue with the receiver but I will never know I cannot return and change to something else due to the return window is closed so I just spend $450.00 and throwing out because you agent do not know what to do . Very frustrated customer

Got the TV connected but Disconnected Speakers!!!!

After he was gone we discovered that he had disconnected part of our whole home speaker system. TOTAL FAIL AND NEVER AGAIN USE GEEK SQUAD.
