For the price, you can't beat this. If you just need a laptop for web browsing, casual gaming (via Google Apps), basic Office stuff, etc, this is a great deal. Don't think you're going to play Fallout 4 or Call of Duty 17 on this bad boy, but it'll handle Angry Birds just fine. Added bonus of 100GB of Google Drive storage is a huge plus.

This laptop is great for the price it is. IT is good for day to day internet usage. I do not use it for heavy use which has allowed me to not any issues.

I purchased this Chromebook about 1 year ago for my teen daughter. She uses it to research information for school, write papers in Google documents, watch movies, surf the internet, and for limited internet gaming. I have it set up under restrictive Parental Controls. Neither of us have any complaint with this product.

I picked this up at a great price, it was on sale. It's a terrific notebook. Highly recommended.

Bought this chromebook for my 8th grade daughter. It has proven to be fast enough and offers all of the google features for her school work.

Hi, This is an excellent web browsing laptop, and also with the selection of apps. This may not be a high end laptop or anything, but it is very good at doing what it is built to do. The boot up and shut down speed is ridiculous compared to Windows and even some Linux distros. The main use I think many people, and myself, find for a Chromebook is the actual Chrome browser and web based items. With a entry level laptop with most of its hardware dedicated to this, it performs pretty well. I also run a few games on it. Mainly things like Maryland, Kitten Cards, and some simulation aquariums and such. It has had no issues playing these so far. As a computer geek, this is not the best computer for tinkering or messing with. You can code on it, but as for putting a different operating system on it or anything, you cannot do that completely as of right now. There are a few ways to boot Ubuntu, but not as the single operating system of the laptop. For a cheap, minimal/entry laptop, I recommend this Chromebook. It is great at what it does, and when you simply want to watch youtube or browse websites it is perfect. The great battery life makes it even better.

I just got my chromebook two days ago. so far im still learning everything cause its a google computer so not use to it. But i like how it runs off my gmail account information. I have the Galaxy S3 and all my pictures load automatically . So far this little laptop is everything im looking for and is going to be great for when i start school. I would recommend this to a friend or even a stranger and the price is amazing as well.

if your like me you love reading the reviews. Had my eyes on this one for a couple of weeks. Love the reviews it was getting. Went in on Black Friday and it was on sale. Hesitant about purchasing do to the no microsoft software.But a guy standing next to me said it has google doc. Similiar to microsoft..I've purchased it. The set up was quick no nonsense. No apps covering the screen. Simple and exactly what I needed. And I dont have to worry about uploading virus protections. And it is FAST.

I was head over heels in love with my chromebook. Recently I have started having problems. Bad software, no sound, print coming off keys. At this point I would never buy this product again.

Purchased this laptop for my 10 year old son for Christmas and he loves it. Not bad for beginners.

I needed a laptop mostly for college and my own personal usage on the daily. So far it has been great! I got it for $130 and I was nervous it wouldn't be good but it is amazing, very nice layout and does everything a person needs.

Back when Black Friday happen, I decided to go out any buy this gadget, and it was not a mistake. I really like my little Chromebook. I think when my mom gets her a computer here soon, I'm going to get her a desktop type. I really like the way it is easy on power and is light.

This is a nice little device, and does everything I need to do. But I don't like the keyboard, it's small and doesn't seem like the layout is the same as most QWERTY keyboards. There is no 10 key pad, which I use a lot. The browser doesn't have a normal vertical scrollbar and the "mouse" doesn't have a left/right click function. Maybe these are just things I haven't figured out yet. It does have a crisp display and since I primarily use my laptop to watch videos/movies/tv shows, that was most important to me. Hopefully the negatives are just operator error. Regardless, for the price, I can't complain too much. The laptop is going to crash and burn eventually, so I have a backup. Plus I can keep one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I also like the weight of it and the fact that I won't get 3rd degree burns from it being on my lap.

This is my third Chromebook and I love it. It does everything I need it to do, and it does it fast. The keyboard is responsive and the trackpad gives a smooth response. I like the white finish. I would recommend this Chromebook.

A great product, compact, efficient and does what it's suppose to do. Keep in mind to read about Chromebook's features before purchasing - Depending on your computer use or user style it may or may not meet your needs. For me this is the perfect piece of equipment

This was a perfect item to purchase and donate to the Aggie Relay for Life in College Station, Texas. I purchased two and donated them both. The students who received them were exctremely excited and one of them said it would really be neat for taking notes in class because of the Google software that is installed free.
