Played with one in the store for 5 minutes and figured I would give it a shot. It is way more useful than I had imagined, except for gaming it has completely taken over my computing needs. The only downside that I can find is that the sd card sticks out of the side while inserted. It is an easy fix with a Minidrive micro sd adapter. I got one off amazon for 5 dollars and it sits flush with the side now.

So i bought this on the last black friday, and just a few weeks after something happen to the screen and it's blank, i hardly got the chance to use it yet. so i talked to the costumer service on the ph, and they send me to the shop, in the shop they recommend to change it, but they don't have it in stock so they told me to keep on following the stock,,,, and that's what i'm doing since than, but it's not in stock anywhere 250 miles around me..... i have tried to talk to the costumer services again but they don't have nothing to say, and they don't know where or when it will be in stock..... but i can exchange it only until Jan 15th..... what a costumer services?!?!?!? look like i'm just gone return it and i'll go and buy in another place. I won't recommend to buy in best buy!!!

I don't like that the keyboard doesn't have a caps lock button, only a shift button. The mouse is sorta slow even on the fastest speed. The camera quality isn't very good either. I do like the size and the light weight and the price.

i love my new Chromebook but just need to figure out how to use it. People have been writing about how they use it remotely and i would like to learn how to do that because i dont want to carry my Macbook around anymore. I also want to redeem the two years of cloud but did not see the offer. What i did do was hook an HDMI cable up to it and ran it to a tv that does not have cable and was able to watch Netflix on it. Movies look great and the sound wasnt any worse than the sound on my Macbook. I have been have no luck finding a cover that fits. Does anyone have any suggestions? Tablet covers are too small and most laptop covers are larger.

This little computer is great for anybody looking to have something to search the web and write papers. Its partnership with Google makes it easy and fun to use.

bought this for my middle school daughter as I've had good previous experience with chromebooks. she was so excited to get as xmas gift but after 1 day, there was 1 line going thru the screen & after a few more days, there were 3-4 lines throughout the screen. per the directtions, we reset it but nothing has improved. we'll have to return but what a waste of time

Light weight and the features that Google adds including the online storage makes it worth it.

My husband needed a basic small laptop to use when he is not in the office and this was just right.

My son used this Chromebook for school since purchasing new. It worked well until the screen broke within 2 months. We are in the process of working with the regional representative to have this new Chromebook replaced. We think the screen was faulty and are very disappointed with the quality of the screen since it had a huge crack after normal use.

I recently bought my Chromebook for surfing the web and watching videos . Yes, you don't have Microsoft office, but I've gotten used to "Google docs" and it's great!
