Runs out of memory fairly quick. I got it for my little sister and she seems to like it.

I bought 2 for my daughters. They absolutely love them. Had a non working charger from the factory, 1 call to Acer, and a new one was on the way. Great product, great service.

I love my chromebook! Its a good item. Can't beat the price. It took k me a minute to realize all of the things I can do with my chromebook...... Service at Best Buy on La Brea in Los Angeles was good - In and out of store in short time. I purchased warranty ans geek squad service as well.

I was able to upload photos from my camera. I was able to print. I was able to go to you tube and other internet locations easily enough.It is fast, quick ,and efficiennt in that. I was unable to attach a CD reader, writer, player, etc to my computer. They say they are working on this. I am now trying to get something ready for publication on Amazon, I can't do anything in Google Docs, and can't seem to download Open Office. I woud have been better off buying a Microsoft Windows computer. I am sorry I didn't.

Love this laptop. Starts quick to check my emails, Facebook, etc. Would recommend this product.

I have had various chrome books, and will stick with them. Service has always been immediate, courteous spot on. I will always check out Best Buy first, although I've found no comparison with other vendors.

Good basic computer for my 9 year old daughter. She has used chromebooks in school and was familiar with google docs.

We purchased the computer for church use and it fulfilled our needs well. No problems thus far with the use.

This is for my wife and is her first computer product. I was not familiar with Google Chrome, cloud printing, and the e-mail setup and it took time to get it right. I like that in about 10 seconds you can go from having it off to being on the internet or doing e-mails

I chose this laptop because it provides continuity at home for my daughter, who uses an acer chrome book at school too. It is very basic using her school google account, so I don't have to worry about Windows. It doesn't break the bank like an iOS product.

A lightweight, practical machine for interacting with the googleverse. Nice keyboard touch and good screen view.

Pretty good I bought A usb to ethernet adapter and after many speed tests it would only pass 5mb up 5 down. That is the main reason i bought this for work to do speed tests. All in all good for surfing the web.

I bought this tablet for my daughter who is a middle school student, it lines up perfect because her school is big on using Google docs. This is a great product and my daughter loves it! Reading the reviews before making the purchase helped in my decision.

Used mostly for basic internet, Google documents. Works great, especially for Netflix and music. Only issue is it will freeze when too many tabs are open.

The chromebook is great for basic internet usage and applications.
