We bought this computer for our 6 year old daughter and she loves it. This is our 3rd Chromebook and this keeps our kids off of our Apple computers. This computer does everthing that they need it to do. Small and easy to put into thier backpacks.

We purchased two of these Chromebook's for two younger kids.They had to have them for school. They are so great my wife bought another to use herself at home instead of her phone for lots of stuff. Very reliable and high quality for the price,

Turn it on, enter an email address and you're on the internet in about five minutes. Transferring documents from one computer to this one can be tricky. You have to be sure where you're saving them. Using this as the main computer at home and setting up a new internet modem with Time Warner Cable was a three day prospect because you need adapters. This doesn't have an Ethernet port. You need an adapter to change Ethernet to USB. I would recommend this to someone who only wants internet but already has a wireless router at home. It does not support Java at this time, so some gaming platforms won't work. But it has its own internet security. It does all the updates itself. It's designed for people who only want to get online and who don't have to do much work with documents.

I bought this for my son and he can't play Minecraft. I asked the sales representative and he told me that we could but we don't.

It was purchased for my daughter's junior year of high school. So far, it is exactly what is required of the school.

Great value but limited. Make sure you want to keep all your info in a cloud. Screen looks like it has a very high resolution.

While the sales rep did not recommend the Chromebook I bought it anyway. Best choice I have ever made on an electronic purchase. As it happens the school my son attends uses Chromebook so he was estactic to have his own. Best thing, no viruses!

Perfectly compact. Great for social media files and hooking up tv.with chromecast. Very inexpensive.would buy again. Portable and light

Amazing computer for the money. Does exactly what a chromebook should. Nothing flashy. Just internet access. Can be a little slow with a few tabs open.

I am extremely happy with the chromebooks for my 6 and 9 year olds. Perfect price for first time. Light weight, easy to use, & very functional.

It can do a lot for its small price. I use the Jtorrent a lot. It is very durable the speed is ok but that's expected for a cheap laptop. I read VLC media player is coming soon.

This is a good laptop for people looking to work in a field where they need to type and send information but if you are looking to give this to a child that wouldnt be suggested because it cant do more than basic things in the gaming feild

I found this chromebook to be very fast when browsing. I would have 2 or 3 pages open regularly and still had no problem. The weight of this chromebook is hardly noticed in my backpack. The only draw back is the limited use when offline but I expected that.

My middle Schooler is able to use for school, google docs, wireless print, durable for price.

Bought for my 8 year old son. It is perfect for him to use the web applications for school and to browse YouTube. He has also found some online game sites for kids. Chrome takes a bit to get use to, but overall we like the computer.

This little machine has been great for my family. Most of the kids school projects can be submitted directly to the teachers through google docs and the real keyboard is spacious enough to type without problems. When they are done with homework they can easily watch as much web content as we allow. It is in near constant use for a good portion of most days and the power attachment looks flimsy, so I like that the batter life is upwards of 10 hours so the kids do not have to ever have it on the charging cable during the day.

Good basic system for the money. Will be even better if things like iTunes can be loaded down the road.
