I bought this for myself. Was looking for a good working laptop that was inexpensive. This has been great!

I did not notice that I have used this book for more than 3 years with no flaws. No complain at all.

This is my first tech purchase. And it is a great computer for me...a beginner.

Overall, the same features you will find on any other chromebook, but there are sleeker models out there that also weigh less.

Bought this on Black Thursday, paid 149.99 for it. That is about what it is worth. It is functional and does what I need it to do. Processor is about what you would expect for something this price. Overall not bad for the brand.

My wife uses it all the time, especially during business trips. She never had any problems with it.

Thought I was getting a great deal. Wanted to love it. The "new" unit I bought had a faulty keyboard. Wanted to exchange but there were no more new units in stock. Disappointed that a brand new unit was defective. This would have been my 2nd Acer and the old netbook I had just never worked right. Gave Acer another shot and received this issue. Don't think I'll be buying another Acer again.

Grandson liked but it was not quite as good a quality as expected. Was fragile. Easily broken.

Perfect for my kids. Starts up fast and has what they need for school. Easy to setup. No complaints so far.

I bought it for my daughter for school - app play to complicated for her. Need to simplify more for children.

Our first one stopped turning on after 1month but the new one works great

Upon initial review, I thought this chromebook would be a great item for my daughter for games, school, youtube, etc. She opened the box on Christmas morning, and while excited said, "I didn't want a Chromebook." Before I got upset that this wasn't the exact item she wanted, I tried to talk her into it. We opened the box and tried to connect to our network. Screen went black. I googled this and apparently the screen going black is very common. Somehow we got the screen back up, and every adjustment to the screen besides a direct right angle would cause the screen to go white. You cannot play minecraft or other popular games due to the chrome operating system versus windows. Returned the item this morning 12/26. Upon return the geeksquad representative said and I quote "not a surprise." If the item is not of quality, why does Best Buy sell it?
