Better the second time around.

He was so excited to receive it until a week later it would not start. He went online to search for a way to fix it, but was unable. We took it back to Best Buy where they tried to fix it, too. They finally gave our grandson a new computer at no extra charge. He's back to playing games and watching videos.

Excellent Chromebook

I have heard that the keyboard is lacking but I like it a lot. The travel is a bit shallow but it is fast and responsive to type on. At 14" it is not as portable as some but it is still light and the extra screen size is definitely a plus. I have no regrets on this purchase.
