We bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister in law. Her MacBook died, and we wanted to get her a new computer but replacing it was too expensive. She’s so happy with her new laptop even though it’s not her Mac. For the price, it’s a great computer

I absolutely love my computer. It has so many good features to it. And I am new to the chrome book and the OS. I want to thank the salesman that helped me through the whole way to satisfy my needs for a great computer. Thank you Best Buy, you guys are awesome!!

If all you are looking for is internet surfing and internet email, then this is for you! It has the look and feel of a laptop without having to hunt and peck on a tablet. I you need a keyboard with the functionality of a tablet you can't go wrong with this item.

I initially researched this chromebook months before purchasing, but decided to wait until I reviewed all my options. When I finally decided to make a purchase, this chromebook was the best option. I'm very happy with this product. Highly recommend!

Very good for surfing the internet. It does what it was supposed to do. I was having a problem where the screen would freeze and then take about a minute to refresh and unfreeze. I ended up wiping the device and re-logging in, works perfectly now.

Fast enough for normal office work. I use an external keyboard, so that helps alleviate concerns from "cheap" keyboard issues, typically you'll see that on laptops.

I needed a chromebook but wanted something bigger than 13". There aren't many options around but I'm glad I stumbled onto this one. Great build quality, great chromebook to use and for only $300! It's the best one I've used and I tried a bunch before buying.

Bought this Chromebook for my dad as a Christmas gift to replace his Toshiba laptop that was slow and would disconnect from the internet all the time. He uses this Chromebook to browse the internet and that's about it, says it hasn't kicked him off yet!

Perfect for surfing the internet and watching videos. Great for a user who is not wanting to download items or game on a laptop. Only issue, the system did not download newest updates immediately so remembering to go back and check is important.

So far this little Chromebook has not let me down. It connects fast and has been very responsive. Although I was told that the internet would be a bit slower than a regular laptop, I haven't seen any difference in speed. So far, so good.

The Chromebook functions well and is an affordable price. The metal casing gives it the look/feel of a much more expensive product. If you have someone that needs a laptop for surfing, email or streaming services, this will do that and more!!!

I really don't love this laptop. It's good for basics but it really does feel far too stiff. It runs well as long as you keep nothing on it or open.

My first experience with the Chrome OS. Overall this is a great, inexpensive solution for someone who doesn't need any more than a browser interface can provide. Got this for my elderly relative and it was perfect for their limited needs.

The only thing that lacks is the wireless connection. It can be spotty and slow while other devices are working great.

Pretty Sweet Chromebook, Bought this to replace my dad's old Windows laptop. I recommended this one to him which is just chrome based and laptop boots up just way faster than what he had before. I have to say that he's loving it.

Good quality machine. Nice build and feel. I had the same issues that others mentioned in that the screen would go dark once every session and I'd need to reboot. Too bad because I liked almost everything else about this chromebook.

So far the Chromebook is working great for me. My only complaint is that I can't adjust the font size of the Chrome tabs. It's not a huge deal, but that writing is rather small!

I bought it for school use and it gets the job done, but they’re cheaply made and the battery died after 2 weeks it won’t turn on unless plugged in. I tried changing it and they wouldn’t let me cuz of a smalll scratch

This is my first chromebook. I did some quick research, and I already owned another Acer pc (Windows 10) and have been happy with Acer. For the cost and security it provides, chromebook is a great computer for browsing.

Amazingly easy to begin, to use and to enjoy! Can carry it anywhere and use it whenever, even across the table from my grumpy, aging husband who does not realize I am using it for home office work! Yea!
