First time, uneducated buyer

There's definitely a learning curve, but it's ok. I can do most everything I wanted to do on it. There are some issues watching streaming services and accessing websites, but it seems like it's not the Chromebook issue. I'm satisfied with what I bought.

Good size for kids.

Best Buy took it back from the parking lot, refunded my card then ordered a new one. Second one booted up just fine and has connected my Grandson to his school.

The ad block provides an amazing experience, and apps are easy to install. The sound quality is the best I've experienced with chromebook- and I've had 3!

Cheap price and good quality

Ended up returning this because of size, needed something smaller but was exactly the same as previous. If I didnt mix up the sizes I would have kept it. Beautiful screen but just too large for what I wanted.

They wear well. I replaced my Alta HR with the Charge 4 Activity. The setup instructions are lacking. Took me longer then expected to get it working

I bought this on line so I did not actually have it in hand when I bought it. It is bigger then my old one but also quite a bit heavier. I like it.
