I bought this because it was one of the last remaining chrome books for a reasonable price with a shipping date before the end of pandemic panic schooling. I do not understand this machine. Whoever designed it had a completely different idea about the purpose of Chromebooks than I do. It's as big and heavier than my regular laptop. It works fine if you can't afford anything more but in normal times I would get a lighter machine or a fully-functioning laptop.

The chrome book is a great computer and can do anything a laptop can do without having to worry about any viruses. To view television shows, the picture is fantastic.

Been using this since later summer and it's been awesome. No need to spend a ton of money on a full blown laptop for anything like Netflix, Youtube or internet browsing. I was skeptical about chromebooks, but not anymore.

Not the computer that I wanted but it’s the computer I settled for. It had done good reviews so I went with it. Kind of hard to get use to but I like it for the task at hand.

Only problem I have is that you can't check your system. And the security which came with it is very poor, you can't run a scan with it, and there's no way to check files.

for my 13yr old..good enough for the purpose. I have owned this product twice before. Average life is about 2 years, before the screen goes black. However, in defense of the product, the kid's computer is always left on.

Love you guys and wish it had worked out with the computer. It didn't have the scroll mouse so we returned it but are now planning to buy another and it will be with you!

I love my chrome book overall, but it came with 3 free months of Disney+ which i still couldn't download, where's my code for the 3 months, can i return it if i don't get Disney+

I have had a very positive experience with Best But. I went to the store and they were out of this computer, so I had to order it on line, but got it timely and in good condition. I am very satisfied with the product.

I love that I am able to pin important pages to my home bar for easy access. I have not figured out how to change my home screen to a personal background so that is a downfall.

We absolutely love Chromebook. We are so done with Windows! That alone, makes us some wonderful purchase!

Chrome comes with virus protection built in. My previous laptop was s chrome. When I completed the set up on the new chrome . All my book marks carried over automatically

Bought this for my son to use for class work at school. Works great just not very fancy.

I was lucky enough to find an available Chromebook for cheap during this pandemic. Works perfectly fine for my child. When not on school time, he he’s able to use it for internet browsing.

Using them for virtual school, overall a great buy however if it was for an adult I would have purchased something with more features.

Not a bad product. I didn't keep it long because I compared it to a Dell I also purchased. The Dell had more USB ports, so that's the one I kept. Only downside to this computer was the screen. You get the best image at one specific angle depending on your view. More recent laptops get great images no matter what angle or view you're looking at. That doesn't happen with this laptop.

I bought this for my brother so that he could do some work and he has loved it so far, the only downside is that it can’t be used to do the kind of gaming he does

Promptly delivered, a week ahead of schedule, during the first week of the COVID-19 pandemic. I appreciate the service and pleased with the product, which enabled a family member to work from home.

The google op system is a little limited, but my 9 year-old daughter loves this as her first computer for gaming and work with the G-Suite of software.
