This is the first Chrome book I have had so I don't have anything to compare it with. I have enjoyed it. I can do anything that I could with my old laptop. I am still learning and have enjoyed it.

We purchased this laptop for our home office and our son is able to also use it for his online school work. The camera works great for zoom meetings. We’re satisfied with the product.

I bought for my father who needed something simple to connect to the internet and run simple programs on.

I switched from a MacBook Pro that was 7 years old and on its last leg. My new purchase is taking some getting used to as it is much different in its operation. So far so good but at times when I am typing the action slows down as it struggles to keep up and the words I have typed in. It seems like the processor is slow. I have run my anti virus software and it shows no issues. If someone knows why it is slow let me know.

I bought this for my daughter to do school work. It is perfect for that, as long as I can keep her from watching you tube videos when she is supposed to be doing school work.

Everything is nice about this chromebook except the screen which is not very bright and doesn't have the clarity of some other brands.

Love the cost of the chrome books. Was perfect for my daughter during Covid for virtual school.

Chromebooks are a mess. Nothing works right. Everything is complicated and confusing. It's supposed to work like a laptop within a phone platform, but it doesn't work at all. None of the apps are functional. Even with Office365 -- Word, Ppt, Excel -- nothing is right. It is missing key components to do basic work. Chromebook is also glitchy. Everytime Facebook messenger pops up all the windows on the screen stop responding. I have to drag them so the bottom half is below the shelf (menu bar) before they work again...or restart the blasted thing. I don't have enough room to explain how horrible printing is...took me two days chatting with online "support" before I uninstalled everything/reinstalled and it finally worked again...kind of. Bottom line? It's a paper weight with a screen that lasts for 6+ hours and boots up in under 10 seconds (whoopty-doo) Don't waste your money. I waited too long to return it. Don't make the same mistake.

Bought this gift my daughter to use. She haven't complain about it. Do I guess it's a good one. Only thing she complain about that it didn't have seen shift key like her old one.

This is a great chromebook! I read the reviews for it and was a little skeptical but I took the risk. It works great and it exactly as described. Would 10/10 recommend!

Device works well for kids to do their schoolwork.

Always an easy buy when purchasing anything from Best buy it could be in store or online they are usually on top of their game and enjoyable products.

I brought this laptop for my son in highschool. Not to expensive and get the school projects and online home work done.

Would recommend this to all my friends to buy. Does a great job in presenting your work and everything about it is good

So I wasn't sure about this Chromebook but my 11 year old needed one desperately for his remote learning and it did everything he needed it to do. Good product!

She is so excited about her new computer. She can do her home, watch movies, and browse the social sites. She loves it so far. I purchased this as a Christmas gift.

Good product. Would recommend to anyone. Only issue I had was that the keyboard was too small. Someone with artritis might have an issue using the board.

Love this for my student in high school.. He is able to upload work with no issue. The camera is clear.. This sound is good. And price was ALL worth it..

This is my 4th Chrome book, so obviously I like them. This model is HEAVY, and when I use it for several hours, my shoulder hurts from holding upright.
