Unfortunately, I will be returning this Chromebook. The screen is pretty bright but the quality is lacking. The resolution is a little on the grainy side. The sound is weak. Even turned all the way up, it's still quiet. The main reason why this is going back is because it keeps disconnecting from my wifi!

It’s okay. Was given a 3 month subscription to Disney plus but the chrome does not support such app. Some app are not supported for whatever reason. Maybe limited space. Overall it’s good for my kid with some exemptions, suck as app I need for kids.

I was skeptical that a laptop at this price point could be any good. But the reviews were great so I took a chance. Perhaps I just got a dud. Main problem was that battery was dead on arrival. Would not charge or hold a charge. Beyond that, the laptop felt cheap with flimsy plastic. Felt like I might break it if I opened and closed it too often. Internet connection seemed weak despite good wifi in my house. Browser window scroll bar on the right side was difficult to access ... like it was partially hidden. Not enjoyable to use in any way. I will continue to remain stumped by all the good reviews of this laptop. I returned it.

    Worst computer ever

I was introduced to my first computer, the Wang, in the late60s and have been using one ever since. In 2015, I bought a Chromebook and have just loved it. It is nimble, intuitive, and missing all the stuff we hate about computers so went in search of a new one. I have now bought 3 new ones and 1 rehabbed one. They were ALL bad beyond belief. Glitchy, unpredictable, heavy, cumbersome, and infuriating. I am going to replace the broken function key and stick with my 2015. Save yourself the grief.

      Dear Starlite,
Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better. We suggest you contact Best Buy to inquire on your return options, if you are unable to use this device. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review.

After typing more than just a few words, it's impossible to move the curser with the mousepad. Pure and simple. Useless. At that point, plugging in an external mouse sometimes allows me to move the curser (like right now) to click on the box(es) to Send (in the case of an email) or to answer "No" to "Would you recommend this to a friend? (My external mouse is plugged in now to allow me to complete this review. This was not mentioned as a prerequisite for using the computer when I bought it.)

Junk. Broke, blue screen of death before nine month marker. I was very disappointed in this product especially since I had to run out and get my son a new one. Best Buy was of no help in the store due to pandemic and we needed a new one right away due to remote learning so I had to just suck it up, consider it a loss and buy a new one, different brand of course. Too bad.
