It was defective from the factory.

After charging it for 24 hours it’s still did not work. When I called tech-support At Acer, I sat on hold for an hour for them to tell me that they didn’t have anyone that could help me that day. I return to the computer

No Good

I called Acer and they couldn't even offer me a coupon or discount code to purchase another computer at least best buy gave me my money back.

Never got a chance to use.

Support person from Micro Trends trashed the program and wanted me to purchase a program fro m him for $199.00. He also told me that the Geek Squad wouldn't be helpful. I called the Geek Squad for assistance but the wait was too long.

Screen is scrambled

Terrible purchase

Due to COVID, Best Buy would not assist and we had to mail it back to the manufacturer. Student is without the device they need. You must do better, Best Buy.

It didn't fall or anything but the lcd went dead. When I sent it to Acer because it has a 1 year waranty, they said that that part isn't covered and I have to pay $157 to fix it. I'm very disappointed because I spent over $200 on this thing

only lasted 2 weeks

Spent a long time on phone getting switched from person to person to resolve, Sent machine back and waiting for credit.

Acer Chromebook

It went back the next day. Not at all a reflection on Best Buy. I just hated the product.

Half the apps he needed couldn't be downloaded. Stick with a HP!!!

The OS system went missing after 2 weeks!
