Easy to set up and use especially for seniors! Battery life is long.

Purchased this for my son to complete his home-based learning for rest of school year. It's thin, lightweight and keys are easy to press (they do not have the backlight though). As far as speed, it does not take long (1-2 minutes) to power on/off. The camera and audio work fine for Zoom calls, webinars and video conferencing. No issues so far.

I bought this Chromebook for my grandson since he started independent study due to covid 19 quarantine. Our school is small and only had a limited amount of Chromebooks to lend out so I decided I would purchase one for him. It works great for it's intent. We are very pleased with it and for the price we paid I think we got a great deal!

I was very pleased with this Chromebook laptop. The 15” screen is much appreciated by these old eyes! It responds very quickly and has a good sturdy feel to it. I take it with me back and forth to our summer place and it starts right up on the different WiFi systems. LOVE IT!

For the price, this chrome book does everything you need it to, specifically school work. Anything online that needs a web browser, this will get it done. Not crazy about the entire mouse pad being one big button, but nothing a cheap mouse can’t fix.

I purchased this online ( I think was some kind of deal) - The Chromebook performance is average. I previously had an HP with a superior build and processor. For the price it is OK. My problem is Best Buy. They DID NOT disclose this product was an older model, with only a little over one year of Google automatic updates left (expires 8/21). They were selling a three+ year old model as if it were a new model with 5 years of updates. Was very disappointed to say the least! Spent hours on the phone with four of their "team members"- not one of them had a idea of who should handle this. Was transferred numerous times and got nowhere. This is the fourth and last computer I will purchase at Best Buy. I simply wanted a credit on this because I will now have to buy another computer in a little over a year due to security issues. Unbelievable!

great first computer for my 75 year old mother. She uses it for facebook and to look up activities and sales ads.

The Acer is working really well for my niece in college. I have no complaints.

My 5 or 6 year Chromebook conked out on me. I needed a new one just at the time everyone was working and learning from home because of COVID-19. I ended up getting this 15-inch instead of the 11-inch I thought I wanted. No regrets! Big and beautiful! Terrific price!

Works perfectly out of the box bigger than expected but our middle schooler loves having his first personal laptop and it's efficient for the new normal of school at home. We chose this model b/c it was literally the only one in stock when we ordered. Glad we did.
