Bought for my grandson who uses a Chromebook in middle school. He’s happy to have one at home now.

I bought this for my granddaughter when they all had to home school and it was great my only complaint was that it took a longer time to get. And the price was good because if it doesn't last 10 years it's ok.

This is my first chromebook and I wasn't sure I would like the OS as I am used to windows but all is good. It's fast and I have had no problems using it or getting used to it. I would recommend this specially for surfing the web and using all the apps available.

I have been looking for something that will help my mom with her arts and crafts and journey to be more tech savy. I found this as a starting point for her and she hasnt closed the laptop. She has been pinterest everday while listenting to music in the background.

We bought this Chromebook replacing an older laptop. Best purchase ever made. We bought this for my dad who is 85 yrs old and needs a laptop just to browse and stream Netflix and Amazon prime. Super easy to use and has all the requirements of a simple laptop.

This chromebook works well . I got it for my kids during the pandemic. It's real likable. Big screen. One of the things I don't like is the keyboard doesn't have a back light so you can't type in the dark.

I was looking for a computer to use when i travel. This is small in physical size making it easy for packing and gives me what I want when visiting family out of town.

Needed something to stay connected while the kids are doing homework and online classes online with our primary computer. This is a great little web surfer, nothing super fancy, but gets the job done.

i needed a new laptop for years now because my old one just stopped working so i went to best buy because of the different variety of laptop and after looking at a lot of them i settled on this one which was a good price and everything i wanted in my new laptop

Really good laptop for the price and storage space. It was a gift and my daughter couldn't be more happier. Again I got a great price for it compared to others that were available on Black Friday. I definitely approve for anyone looking to purchase one soon.

I purchased Chromebook for each of my grandkids. They were pleasantly surprised with the capabilities of this laptop. In addition to the games and videos, there are many apps for grade/age appropriate tutorials in all subjects. Great buy at a ready price.

Chromebooks are all about the same and even the cheapest ones can do all the basics. I went with this one because almost all the others were sold out and so far it lives up to my expectations.

We got this Chromebook because of schools going to an online format via COVID. I liked that I was able to control the apps my child was able to have though my phone, so we were able to get just what we needed. We experience no issues with quality or functionality. The only "problem" I encountered was the button layout of the keyboard. Not a problem, however there is a search button located on the keyboard where the CAPS LOCK button lays on a windows based pc. So during typing, we found that we would accidentally hit that button which would bring up a whole new screen, which caused a minor annoyance if you weren't paying attention. Overall very happy with this product.

A great price and delivery came before the arrival date. Very happy about all the free software which is very user friendly. Excellent chromebook and it came with free security for 6 months. Thanks best buy for offering this great deal.

First thing I noticed is that I needed to adjust my typing to press harder on each key. Otherwise it is a nice big screen and easy to configure.

This laptop was good for my son who is 8 and in the second grade they are using laptop to do homework and the price was reasonable and easy to use

My grand daughter needed a computer to do her classwork on since this pandemic. She was doing her online work on her phone and it was taking her forever. She really loves her computer. Classwork doesn't take anywhere near as much time.

I like the overall look and size but the buttons and easy scroll is too difficult to navigate does not run smooth. You have to work your fingers through it not like my other apple book

I purchased this for a Christmas Gift I was shocked at how nice it was I would most certainly buy another being for the price etc excellent choice and myself I hate windows anything and am more of a Mac user , however i would use this one

Bought this for my granddaughter for schooling from home. Easy set up. She was able to do everything herself turned it on and was working within minutes. She absolutely loves her chrome book. Best investment for my granddaughter
