Chromebooks are for the avg user, not gamers or developers ect. I can open 6 windows and run videos with no problem. And in the world of Chromebooks, ACER is the best. Superior touchpad and keyboard. I actually bought this unit for wife, I prefer the 11 in size.

Ita not a bad laptop does all the functions that I need it to. It is a little slow from time to time and cant have multiple windows open it will cause apps to crash. But with that being said it was a 200 dollar laptop and does just enough that i didnt need to take it back

I purchased this chromebook for my kids to get familiar with a beginner computer and they are having a blast. We set up their tabs up top on the web browser and they are using the same apps that they use in school. It was also the same price as an 11.6" which was nice. So far so good!

I was disappointed that I couldn’t download anything. It is great for watching Netflicks. It has a big screen and I don’t have to worry about getting viruses. It was great for the grandkids to use and they love it.

When my husbands laptop was coming to the end of its life I decided to switch him to this. This chrome book is PERFECT for surfing the internet and the occasional email. Starts up quick and doesn’t have all the unnecessary windows programs and updates slowing it down.

Got this as a birthday present for my daughter. Unit has a crisp 15" display, and a standard laptop keyboard.. It was easy to setup out of the box. Unit lasts a long time between charges, and my daughter can even use it for her schoolwork (by connecting to her school account).

I bought this computer for my 10 year old nephew who does online school. The cursor jumps around while he is typing, and there seems to be no delete key. Only way to delete is to place cursor at end of his deletion and backspace. I don’t expect it to last long.

The clarity of the picture is awesome. I feel like the sound from the speakers could be a little better but hey.....you get what you pay for. I like that my girls can use it and that it has pretty strict parental controls that I can adjust.

I was looking for a laptop for my granddaughter and with help from a very nice associate she helped me with options. After explaining everything very well my granddaughter chose this one and she has loved it ever since. It was exactly what she wanted!

I love my new computer. I have been trying to figure it out and im getting pretty good . I have put many pictures of my resent vacation to Cuba! It's been fun edditing my pictures. I'm so happy to say that I'm very excited to see and learn everything about my Acer

I got this for my dad because he needed something with good battery life to browse youtube all day. This thing is amazing. for a 15.6" laptop its fairly light weight, the screen is nice and bright, and the battery lasts a good 7-8 hours on continuous playback.

Talked to a salesman a few weeks before I purchased. Told him I played Farmville on Facebook and asked how it would handle it. He said it should be no problem. Every 10 minutes or so, shockwave flash player crashes and it plays the game very slow

I bought this for my son. I work in I.T. The first morning after setting it up and every morning since then I wake up rested because my son has not woken me up due to Windows restart and update issues. He loves it and I do too (though mainly because it is trouble free).

Purchased for my spouse a first time user. Added a mouse as the user board(?) moved to fast and all over. A mouse seemed to fix the issue. Speed is ok for a first time user. So far happy with it.

Order received just as stated. Laptop works great, easy to set up right out of the box. Product was exactly as described on the website. Great product for beginners or advanced users. Delivery time was quick-3 days. Would definitely purchase from seller again.

I'm no computer guru however this was an easy set up and go laptop. We have not had any issues and it's been running non stop, well almost...since Christmas. He uses it for school work, music videos ets. Good friendly user computer!

I purchased three of these for my child's school. They use them in class for work, so I didn't need anything fancy. They had 13" ones, but I didn't see a current model that was comparable so 15" it was. Haven't heard any complains yet!

I purchased this to use for classes. It is not compatible with the VM's that I need to use for the lab work. Other than that, the video feeds and chat worked great. It is great to use solely as a linux box.

Bought this mainly for my own use, not business. Wanted something that wouldn't come down with viruses and be more secure. Keyboard is fine. I use a wireless mouse just because I am more comfortable that way. Easy to travel with.

Perfect solution for my over 70 mom. Does her email, banking and internet surfing. The Chromebook viral protection makes sure she isn't compromised....she opens everything!
