My husband bought this chrome book just to use for financial information. The chrome book has worked very well and we have not had any issues. In fact my husband is on the chrome book every day.

The whole concept of cloud computing offset me in the beginning. However this notebook is absolutely perfect for checking email and surfing the web. Why spend $1200 when you can spend 100?

I got this computer for school and it sure does the job. The keyboard is different from what I'm used to. And sometimes sites require a mouse. But overall a great purchase.

This is a good Chromebook that's mere inches from being a great Chromebook. First off, the build quality is great for the price. The chassis is mostly plastic, but it's sturdy and doesn't seem to have any creaks or ill-fitting seams. On top is a dark aluminum lid that feels good and gives the entire Chromebook a more premium look. Included are two USB 3.0 jacks, a headphone/mic jack and a full-size SD card slot. The included charger is the older coaxial type and not USB C. The keyboard is sturdy and very nice for a low-price laptop. The top mounted speakers get loud, if a little shrill, but are better than most laptops. Perfect for watching moves on the big screen. The only place this Chromebook falls short is the screen. 1366x768 is just too low resolution for a screen that size. Viewing angles are bad, too. Anything off-axis causes the screen to look like a photo negative. At this point full HD screens should be standard everywhere as more expensive laptops start to sport 4K screens. The Intel processor and 4GB of memory seem to be adequate for most tasks. This machine also supports the Google Play store for downloading and running Android apps. You may need to update the operating system in order to activate it. Overall, this would be a good choice for students, but the poor screen holds it back from being a daily driver for most adults.

I do you recommend this for a kid my son is in ninth grade and it works well for any kind of school projects that need to be done

Got this for the Wifey for her school... This is a little different what im use to but we needed a quick laptop for school and this did its job...

I like it a lot and it doesn't crash as much during gaming. I really don't like the ads when gaming tryed to use them and then tryed to get rid of them. Everything else is good

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. It came very helpful with school and it was fast. After a few years is still in good condition.

Chromebooks had staff who specializes in chromebook help me find one that had just what I was looking for in a chromebook so I didn't spend money for features I didn't need or want!

The performance is a bit weaker for the screen size. Would recommend similar but more powerful model from Lenovo

Got this for my 11 year old daughter. It works great for watching netflix and playing her little games. It's great how the speakers are on top so the sound quality is better.

It is great for school but for fortnite/ other games I would recommend a different laptop because it is not compatible.
