The Acer Chromebook has a fantastic screen and is fairly lightweight. The speakers on the top of the keyboard help project sound well. However, the laptop freezes fairly regularly and has to be re-started. Also the sound gets corrupted once every few weeks and requires a re-start to correct. So all in all good for the price but a bit unstable.

Very happy with the chromebook very easy to use the geeks were very helpful the survey was frozen recommend chromebook ro anybody who is not computer friendly

Love this chromebook, big upgrade from my previous acer one. This one comes with the google play store and lets you download virtually any app you want.

Purchased for my daughter. The screen is huge and the touch-screen is great.

Overall I haven’t had any problems with this computer. The touch screen is great and the screen size is perfect. I used it while i was taking collge classes throughout the fall and spring. The only problem I have with it is that everything must be chrome/google which took some getting use to for me.

We were in the market for a new laptop, and we decided to go with this Acer product. Most of what my daughter needs is kept in the cloud through Google Classroom, so it’s not necessary to have a traditional laptop. The touchscreen and metal casing make this product a sophisticated, yet sensible alternative to more expensive products on the market.

Didn't realize until using there is NO Capital lock on keyboard and no side number keys. Has been a challenge to maintain the cloud print, registered and worked perfect, then at least 3 times has quit communicating and have had to re set up, These are the only negative comments with my Acer Chromebook 15. It is quick to turn on, battery great, google is a breeze!!

I purchased this device for a way to have easy and quick access to the web. It’s perfect for that usage. I check email and Facebook, hop onto any website I need and watch Netflix. Amazon movies and Hulu. If you’re looking for laptop that does more, this isn’t the product for you.

Very happy with this purchase, believe it was $350. super smooth, very responsive, fast. Good speakers. Only issue that sometimes doesnt recognize log in password, and have to reenter several times so it takes me to google log in screen, changed it couple times, but no luck.

Not easily to move around like my Apple Mac. Need more help to understand how it operates. But have downloaded 3 music albums so far.

Great for leisure/ homework/ casual websurfing. Cannot play league of legends or download anything as you would with a regular PC computer.

I have always liked the construction of the Acer Chromebooks. This model is great because of it's touchscreen and because of it's 2 usb-3 ports from which it also charges. There is a lot of flexibility ion charging using USB-3. Overall, great product.

i bought the chromebook for my daughter, so she can do her school work. It does what i need it to do, nothing major.
