great little machine for the price. the charging cord port and the cord itself are fragile-looking, I would take extra care not to break the pin. Definitely not a rugged field laptop, but it works great for what I need

For the price, this was an excellent school laptop! Only thing is you cannot make internal modifications like adding a graphics card

Overall good laptop, the screen brightness and dimness is seem to still be too bright and the volume is not very loud. Key board keys are larger than normal.

For several years I have always purchased Apple products. I am very pleased with my acer laptop purchase. The price was crazy low. In addition the Customer Service Rep was knowledgeable in presenting other options!

This Acer laptop is a great deal for the average everyday tasks. Was easy to setup and comes with some nice specs only thing i wish it had was the ability to expand the memory.

So Far So Good. We needed a mid-range laptop to study for exams. Floor staff listened to our needs and budget to help us find the best option. Walked our new laptop to the Geek Squad and were able to set everything up for us with no fuss!

The computer is great but unfortunately I did get a lemon. But how the computer is working even though it’s a bad processor, is great! Best Buy was great and allowed me to exchange it for a new one. I can only imagine what it is like when it works properly!

Sadly, I am quite disappointed with the purchase of this Acer Aspire 3 15 laptop. The price was what I was looking for, but it goes to show that you get what you pay for. :( This laptop shuts down, completely out of the blue, ALL THE TIME!! While it does restart quite fast (a plus) it's just highly annoying and always happens at the worst time. I'm working on getting things together for a lawsuit and the constant having to redo what I have just done is going to be the death of me. I don't have all this time to be wasting. :( Because of its behavior I had to purchase an external hard drive for over $100 so that I can set it to do an automatic "Save" literally every three minutes. NO exaggeration!! Otherwise, I have to redo even more. I would give anything for a replacement that worked and didn't do this!!! So disappointing.

This is a great home computer for simple emailing and internet browsing. It is quick to start up. I don't know about the battery life as it sits in the kitchen plugged in. The display is very bright.

I now use Apple products but need a Windows laptop for projects that I share with others. The Acer I purchased was a recommended by the Sales Staff at Best Buy and has proved to be worthy of the recommendation as well as an extremely good value for the price I paid.

At first I wanted to return it back, because it was very slow and glitchy. App like "Resource monitor" has hanged whole system at all. Sometimes, touch screen stopped working. But after long multiple windows updates system started work fine, except for Bluetooth, sometimes, after a long work, it starts to glitch, either turning it off in the "Device manager" or restarting the laptop helps. I have updated all drivers and BIOS. I was also upset that the camera does not support by Windows Hello. Generally, laptop is good for comfort office work.

Great value. Although the volume is turned all the way up, it's not as loud as I would like during video calls, webinars, etc. This laptop is a great choice for everyday home/personal use and I would recommend because of the cost and functionality.

When I was able to use it it was great, but a month after warranty was unavailable, the computer wouldn’t power on

This laptops works well and fast,the charging for it is good and not to slow I’ve had this laptop for a little bit now and I use it for writing essays and my home work for school and my fingers glide around the keyboard smooth and easily I love it
