I like the computer and would have given 5 stars but it takes so long to come on out of sleep mode and it is even longer from shut down mode. Other then that it is a good laptop

At first I wanted to return it back, because it was very slow and glitchy. App like "Resource monitor" has hanged whole system at all. Sometimes, touch screen stopped working. But after long multiple windows updates system started work fine, except for Bluetooth, sometimes, after a long work, it starts to glitch, either turning it off in the "Device manager" or restarting the laptop helps. I have updated all drivers and BIOS. I was also upset that the camera does not support by Windows Hello. Generally, laptop is good for comfort office work.

Great for the price, got it for my father to do the basics (word, excel etc..) it has had the black screen randomly happen a couple times but if you google how to fix it, it’s easy.

This laptops works well and fast,the charging for it is good and not to slow I’ve had this laptop for a little bit now and I use it for writing essays and my home work for school and my fingers glide around the keyboard smooth and easily I love it

never had issues with the page nor with the customer service. The only negative thing was the waiting time. Even though it was ready for me to pick it up, I had to wait a considerable amount of time. But other than that great experience

The computer was easy to set-up and is perfect for my needs. I am enjoying the features and adjusting to Microsoft Edge. I must say for the price, this is a great laptop! Highly recommend!

Great value. Although the volume is turned all the way up, it's not as loud as I would like during video calls, webinars, etc. This laptop is a great choice for everyday home/personal use and I would recommend because of the cost and functionality.

Great laptop, perfect for school related activities

Had to get a Microsoft laptop to do some work that couldn’t be done on an iPad. This one worked out great! I’ll be using it going forward for some special tasks, and fortunately it was easy to get back into step.

I am using this as I do the review, again salesgirl, was very helpful for me to make this choice, very good price, I wish i could remember her name, salesgirl was very good at what she is doing, I am very pleased with her.

I originally came in the store for a different laptop and after talking to a staff member he showed me this one. It really does fit my needs better than the other one would have. Im very happy with my purchase!

Functionally great and good value, but keyboad is designed with a right side calculator, which mean one's touch typing is NEVER centered on the laptop. Ultimately, I'll get used to it, but....

It's a good laptop if you're not looking for anything with crazy processing power, and the price fits the niche. The touch screen is finicky though, and often requires a power cycle if you rely on it, so don't. It also has a weirdly delayed start-up time; I often have to hold the power button for a few seconds before it seems to realize I'm there. A good step up from a Chrome book, though, and it's budget friendly on the pricing.

Acer laptop computer was more than I expected. A carrying case, stylus, mouse. I had no idea this would be included. Very satisfied with product and service at the store in McKinley mall.

Acer laptops are a tremendous value for the money. I used to only buy IBM, Dell, or HPs, but do yourself a favor - save hundreds of dollars and buy an Acer.

Very satisfied with this laptop. I originally wanted something that could do a bit of everything; such as gaming, photo editing, everyday needs, and more. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone with a budget.
