Very happy with my new Acer laptop, replacing my older Lenovo. It has all the features I need. And the service I received was great, in purchasing and pictures etc transferred from the old laptop.

A little heavy but works great!!! For the money this was a great deal. Would recommend if looking for something that you don’t travel around with a lot

Best Buy and the Geek Squad assisted me with the purchase and recommended the Acer-Aspire 3 and explained all functions of the computer that is working fine and exactly what I needed.

Really like my new laptop. One surprise for old timers like me: doesn't play DVDs or CDs. Also does not have the slot for my camera card--had to buy the part.

Acer Aspire 3 with Windows 11 Home is working out very well, so far. Bit of learning curve coming from Windows 7 (not a surprise). Many new features to get used to.

This computer is fantastic. Quality is great. Smooth operating system and graphics are great too. I use it for 3d printing and orca and cura work tremendous on it.

I bought this laptop as I needed something for my schooling. At first the price seemed very reasonable and I decided on this over a dell at a similar price point. This one a big mistake as I have had so many problems with this laptop. For starters on the first unit I bought the track pad did not work out of the box and nothing I did fixed this. Secondly, on the replacement device the battery life is so terrible that it can’t even last for 4 hours with screen only being on for about 1. I have no other program other than opera installed on this and the battery drains super fast and the computer system itself is super slow. This will be the last time I buy an acer laptop

I was looking for a gaming laptop that wasn't too expensive, I saw this ad on Best Buy, now three years later it still works well.

The price was more reasonable than the other brands but you get what you pay for.

One feature I wish were on is a cd slot, I didn't think to even ask about it. I like the laptop very well, I have a few things to tweek in settings yet. Over all very good.

Touchscreen turns off randomly but you have to reset the laptop to fix it. I’ve tried to fix it under device manager and with a toggle switch I had with my previous laptop to no avail. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but its a frequently occurrence. If I were you, I’d skip this one and get another laptop.

Will after a month of having this computer and using it for over a week I found 2 things that I don't like about over my Acer Nitro 5 1 the sound is very poor and 2 the video is not as good as my Nitro 5 from the same company I like Acer but this newer model over my nearly 3 year old I like my old one over this new one Don't get me wrong it's a good computer but the old one is still the best however I will still by the Acer brand in the future.

I would not purchase this again. I bought this for online college classes and I've had nothing but troubles. Within 8 or nine months, the charger stopped working and it wouldn't charge. I took it in to Best buy and they would not honor another power cord. I purchased another one for $70.00. Now, my lap top will turn on and stay on for about 5 minutes at a time and just turns off. Screen is black and I have to turn it back on and it's not cuz its over heating.

I had a older client that needed a basic laptop. This laptop worked perfect. It has enough power for most day to day activities and doesn't feel cheap. Great deal and a definite Best Buy.

It’s a good computer. The negative is the keyboard size. I have larger hands and I find typing a little more clumsy than with full size keyboards

The laptop is good to look at, has touchscreen and all. However, the processor is way too slow. Had to return this item.

I like my new laptop. I do wish that the battery would last longer, but overall works great.

I bought this for my elderly father who likes to surf the web for military history info, stay in touch with his friends via Facebook, and send/read emails. It's a perfect replacement for his old PC.
