    Wanted something nicer than a Chromebook spec Windows laptop. Works well for what it's made to do, nothing extreme just web browsing and some easier programs for music.

    The laptop works great but I lost my PIN and I'm unable to open the OS. The laptop is only 4 months old. BestBuy's want $150-200 to reset the PIN.

    Nice computer for my needs. Fast, easy to use and comfortable keyboard. It replaced a Lenovo from 2015, I hope this Acer lasts as long.
