I am still trying to learn how stop it from working like a tablet. I personally find it more of a pain than help. I tried load my Office 2013 on but have determined that it near impossible for me and I doubt most others could do it

I should have known $499 seemed really cheap for the specs it had. I bought this laptop just for web apps like google docs, etc. This thing struggles no matter which browser I use. If you're looking for something snappy on the web, this isn't the laptop for you. Also, Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Sometimes the screen is blank when it wakes up from a sleep. Sometimes it never wakes up at all and have to do a hard reboot. I wish I could return it, but I'm already past the returnable window by 3 days! I thought I had 30 days.
