Painfully Slow

This is a waste of money. Painfully slow. I have a 15 year old laptop that is faster than this one right out of the box. Charging cable is flimsy and cpuld easily break. Tried multiple wifi and mobile hotspots, none resolved the lagging or improved the speed. I got this laptop for the most basic uses, mainly microsoft office and the internet for school and emails. Do not waste your money.

I rerquested help from best buy setting it up and got sent from one number to another. after 85 minutes I gave up. looks like a nice computer. wish i had bought it elsewhere

Worth a buy for the price

Broke the second day!

Just a black screen. I was having second thoughts about the computer the first day I got it because the actual keyboard felt like cheap plastic keys, and they felt more spread apart than my old HP laptop. Well the computer didn’t even turn on the second day so that made my decision easy. Not happy with my purchase.

Pc didnt work for wired router

Excellent Laptop

The size is great for my office work. It was very easy to set up this laptop. Directions were really not needed. I connected to my google account as well as my Microsoft account. I will download apps as needed. The touch screen is nice, I love this feature. I have other laptops that are not touchscreen. I am enjoying this feature. The screen quality is amazing. It is very clear, and crisp. Pictures appear sharp and look very real. The sound is very good. Speakers produce quality sound when listening to music and videos. This laptop has great speed. When navigating on the internet, so far I have experienced very little lag time. Sites pull up very quickly. I am pleased with the response time. Navigating between different tabs works seamlessly. I have not had any issues. I was very pleased that the laptop came with a nice denim colored sleeve. The sleeve provides protection for the laptop and there is a zippered pocket to store the charging cord. Overall I am very pleased with this laptop. I love it. No complaints.

Absolute garbage

I finally gave up trying to get programs installed. The next morning when I tried to finish, it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in and the light came on showing it was charging. Even after leaving it to charge, it was just dead. Returned it and will steer clear of Acer in the future.

Buy a different brand.

Worked fine for 3 weeks then bricked. Can't get it to start up etc. Totally dead. Can't return it since it's been more than 15 days. Memo to self, don't buy a laptop from Best Buy. Stick to Amazon etc, 15 day return window is too short. Acer's warranty department is automated and it sucks!
