    I had this less then 90 days and do nothing but contracts and word functions. This laptop locked up and then Geek squad was very rude and tried to charge me to even look at it. After I threw a fit that they wanted $150 they then told me they could send it back to the MNFG. I’m going to be with out a laptop for two weeks if not longer.. I would avoid this laptop at all cost..

    Abnormally noisy fan. Listen to all the reviews that state that. There not just being picky. Boxed it up next day and returned it.

    Nice color good speed but unfotunaly bad screen or graphic card, suddenly after less than a month from purchased a white wide unaccessable area apear in the midle of the screen. I have to returned and get another type.

    Under powered for anything other than the purpose it was bought for... an 85 year old woman who needed something for email. That's about it.

    I have had to have GEEK Squad fix my ACCER computor 4 times since I bought it. I would rather be allowed to return it to upgrade to a HP. Can this be accomplished?

    Not worth the price

    Within a couple of months some of the keys stopped working and it doesn't hold a charge. Can't bring it to school since it doesn't stay charged and can't use the actual keyboard, only the on screen keyboard. Not worth the money for 3 months of use

    It's taking hours for a system update. There's no way to shut it off or stop the update after it's started. It's been in update mode for almost an hour

      There could be several reasons, one of the causes of the Windows 11 update getting stuck can be insufficient storage of your system drive. Windows updates are pretty big, the ISO of Windows 11 is over 4.5GB. so it's important to make sure you have plenty of room on your system drive for Windows 11. If lack of storage is not the issue it could be a hardware issue but we suggest you first contact Acer support for further assistance.     Purchased 6/10, On 8/5 it did not turn off. On 8/6 it turned back on, but then did not turn off, but screen is black and will not come back up. It's passed the point to return and time to add the expensive coverage runs out on 8/9. It's a ripoff.

    Very disappointed! Bought for my son for his birthday and he’s hardly used it because it’s unbearably slow. We keep getting error messages when trying to run the numerous updates it shows it needs. I’ve never had a laptop run so horribly right out of the box.

You're opening large files. You have a heavy-duty application running in the background. Sometimes, when your system becomes sluggish or hangs, try rebooting your PC or laptop.     Don't recommend outside of basic gaming

    Disgusted that I was told the laptop I purchased would be good for the programs I have to run on it, to find out that it's only half of what I needed and that there's no trade in for a year as well as being drug out a month over my return timeframe. Learned I'm going to have to buy another one and stuck with this one for a year. Really got jacked over on this purchase and can't upgrade for what I need.

    Sorry, I purchased my first Acer laptop and never again. It has an issue where it won't power up or wake up in the sleep mode. I took it to Geek Squad, and I was informed that this is normal and that I need to do a special power-on procedure when this happens. I probably had a dozen different laptops in my lifetime and never heard of such a thing.

    Horrible, it will not turn on, you have to keep pressing the power button and sometimes it turns on in a couple of minutes and most of the time it takes forever.

    Terrible Laptop

    Bought this laptop for basic use such as searching the internet and creating word docs. Installed Microsoft office day of purchase. Next day the laptop would not turn on. Lesson learned - there is no such thing as a budget laptop.

    Blue screens constantly, touchscreen hardly ever works, keyboard randomly goes out. Updated every driver and installed all updates and still have issues. Wanted to return but was 3 days out of the return window. Have had this device less than a month and it’s already sitting in the closet because it’s trash.
