Great laptop at a great price. Easy purchase, Fast shipping.

I chose this laptop because I had a similar Acer laptop for almost 6 years. I should have looked into this before purchasing, but I was disappointed the key pad was different from my prior Acer laptop keypad so if you're an accountant crunching a lot of numbers, make sure to find a different model that has a key pad set up like a normal accountant's key pad. Additionally, I've had this for about a month now and it keeps randomly shutting down for no reason. That was the same issue I was starting to have with my old lap top, which is why I purchased a new one, so it's really disappointing this brand new lap top is doing the same thing. I plan on calling Acer customer service to see if I just got a dud or if there's something they can do to fix this.

This is good for an inexpensive laptop. It sometimes freezes.

Got this computer for my grandson he goes to Tennessee Tech he said he loves his grandma. This is the greatest gift I ever got him. He loves it for school very helpful grandma. He fell and broke his other computer that I got him this one was better. Thanks Best Buy.

Just picked this up today at rhe advice of my best buy associate, i went in for a different brand but was shown all the benifits of this model, looking forward to using it and learning all its capabilities, will upgrade review when i know more about it

Got this for my kid to do hw, watch YouTube videos, and play online games. No complaints. He says start up is real quick and graphics are smooth and crisp. Would buy again.

Got this for my friend and it was way better than his old chromebook which he used for homework. The best part of upgrading is using the windows software to download games as well.
