We got this for my granddaughter for her birthday. It had all the features that we were looking for and just enough of all else. Bigger screen and nice keyboard.. she was thrilled! And the color was just right. This is an excellent lower end machine. Plus the price and discount on it were excellent. Shipping was quick and I would recommend Best Buy for these products anytime. This is the 3rd laptop i have bought for family from them and Best Buy is the reason I don't go elsewhere.

Great laptop. Sleek and compact, and reasonably priced. I bought this in order to get some assignments done for school. I just wished it had more ports to attach more devices.

The rating scale of what this machine is capable of is... a little off... maybe it's just out dated. Though it's an okay beginner rig for non gamers, gamers should 110% look elsewhere. There is NO ROOM TO UPGRADE this machine without taking it apart, and purchasing pretty much all new insides and even then. If you want something that you're looking to slap a couple sticks of ram into when you feel like it's needed this is NOT the machine for you. If you want something that'll get you through a couple semesters of college, this is probably about perfect for you. If you've developed arthritis the touch screen would probably be a nice feature. Overall... not an amazing computer, I would have gone with something a little beefier or with room to upgrade down the road, but I'm not displeased enough to be dissatisfied. It does what I need it to do in my shop, so I switched it out for my old shop laptop and it works fine.

Great laptop for the price. Super user friendly, fast processing time, and visually pleasing. Love the large screen and image quality. Only con is the speaker quality, I suggest an external speaker

Great budget computer - plenty of storage, nice large screen, and fairly fast. Keyboard doesn’t light up and the number pad is very narrow, but those are more preferences.

Perfect for my needs of emails & watching videos, and internet access with an occasional Word doc/Excel spreadsheet. Startup is so much quicker than my old laptop & really like touch screen feature. The size and weight is just right.

This laptop is good value for the money. Good speed, I did not have to get it out of Windows "S" mode. Good screen and video quality. The power supply input is a little skinny and fragile. Apart from that, its a good laptop.

This a fast, light weight laptop. It is definitely a good value for the money. So far, it has performed very well. I use it mainly for surfing the net, emails and spreadsheet applications.

I came upon this Acer when hunting for a temporary replacement for my Wife’s current work/school machine. She had been using a Surface Laptop 3 for almost two years until it up and died on her mid semester. We are bother very happy with this laptops performance so far. For the price we paid for this laptop I was surprised at the specs and build quality. The keyboard and trackpad can be lacking but I am comparing that to her Surface and my Alienware x14 but yet again for the price it works great! The screen is bright and clear, the touch screen works great and was a must for my Wife when it came down to her needed features. The Ryzen is snappy and eats through normal surfing, word processing, and school work. The Battery life is good for the price and screen size but could be better. Overall this laptop was totally worth every cent and I give a hats off to Acer for a great device.

Love this computer, especially the touch display. Its great for work or leisure. Light enough to carry with me if needed. Great battery. Love it so much Im going to by another and give it away as a christmas present.

Very good laptop. Slim comes with a cute gray brag included. Laptop is very fast and had it repaired with Acer and they were very quick and communicated fast.

Great laptop. Purchased for my son for college. Very sturdy, fast processor, and great price. Didn’t feel like a huge step down from the gaming desktop he was used to.

Very satisfied with I got Acer with touch screen and gameable speed is more valuable than I gave from Bestbuy which shop is many electronics goods and gift card with compatative price than where other stores.
