I've had it for about a month now. It's used almost exclusively as an e-reader and internet radio. Works perfectly. The only problem is the screen seems a bit flimsy. I got the machine with touch screen because of reading, but the image acts up as the screen bends when I use my finger. That should have been sturdier.

I had a excellent experience dealing with Best Buy. Im not being bribed or paid. I ordered the Acer that was way underpriced(on sale)had it delivered,bought the club member(sale)Acer was herein2 days,worked perfectly,got everything for 350. Was happy as a tick on a dog's butt. Will buy here again wish I could give them more stars,was simple easy app.calso comes with free apps. I got the bigger screen n memory,and a free padded laptop case.

So far so good. There are so many things I can do on this that I could not on my 8 year old laptop. It is fast, affordable and rather pretty.

I think it is a very fast laptop, does what it says and I love how light and slim it is, the color is not bad either. I would buy again..

There are several features I like about this laptop. For the size of this screen it's very light and that's huge when your office travels with you. And I love having the 10 key on the right. Its a win for me.

love the computer keyboard little mushy but quite nice. nice size ips monitor touch screen not much to not like. I'm a heard person when i don't like things. ssd for fast storage 512 gig

This laptop is 10x faster than my old one, and much easier to use. The only problem I have encountered is the USB ports which don't accept my older USB devices.

I was looking for a computer and was set on an Apple or Microsoft product but, after talking to my IT department, decided to give Acer a chance. I'm sure glad I did! The keyboard and speakers aren't top quality but everything else is exactly what I was looking for. My favorite feature is the touch screen and its very responsive. They say "you get what you pay for" but I think I got more than I paid for in this purchase. I've had my Acer for over a month and looks like I found a new favorite.

It is great for daily use! It is cheap and useful, The touch screen works well also! The only thing is you only upgrade RAM up to 12 GB. But with 8 GB it works just fine!

I really like this Laptop. It has made it very easy to do my homework. It runs really smooth and the battery last for a good chunk of time since I’m constantly using it.

Found what I was looking for! Price was within my budget to replace my old acer laptop. This is thin and light!

Does what it says, for a small price. Touch screen isn't required but so handy from time to time. handy little unit, and very thin. Love it.

Good beginner laptop. Bought for homework assignments as a graphic design student but since it’s the lowest end of requirements to run Adobe I don’t use it for my graphic homework as much. Mostly work on that in class. I’m a little disappointed with how cheap the laptop feels to me. Very plastic-y and rather bulky. I definitely do not like the aesthetic of it as much as my boyfriend’s more expensive HP laptop, but it seems to run similarly. I haven’t tried editing on it or high graphic games/ videos. Overall I thought it would be a little bit nicer build for $400 but it runs fine.

Thus is the best personal gift ever. Still working efficiently and still fast paced. Bo issues with it whatsoever. I can buy many more but no need coz it’s still working fine lol
