I was looking for a PC to go with my work laptops. It was affordable, and is capable of doing the work it needed.

This was a great buy for a small office. We bought this to replace a tower we had. Has been excellent purchase.

Decided to return the item due to information on the box stating can’t guarantee security. Sad to choose No for recommendation at this time. Very sad because past acre purchase was extremely satisfaction.

I purchased this computer as a replacement for my son. Set up was easy and I had it up and running in about 45 minutes or less.

This PC, with its 8GB of RAM is NOT a good fit to run Windows 11. It should be set up to run Windows 10. Start up is sluggish, as if it ran an HHD for a hard drive. Now I need to go through the expense of purchasing another 8GB RAM card to make it process things faster.

Started up but couldn't use it because nothing would work. Files opened and closed without anyone touching anything. My son in law bought the exact same computer several weeks earlier and everything about it worked great right out of the box so I returned the one I bought. Best Buy made the return easy but my son in law and I wasted a week trying to make it work. My advice is that if you get one that doesn't work don't waste a week of your time trying to make it work. Just return it right away. I wanted to give the one I got no stars at all but I couldn't post this review without some sort of star rating.

Good desktop for my 6 year old. He uses it for school work and youtube. No complaints.

This was an easy plug and play setup. Got most items to download from my Microsoft account.

Depending on what you’ll be using a desktop for, this may or may not be for you. Surfing the web? Sure. Streaming movies? Sure unless you want 2k resolution or higher. Gaming? No.

I have always like Acer computers and try to stay with this brand. That's why I bought a new one this time. I have always done business with Best Buy but the Best Buy close to me closed and now I have to drive a good distance or order it on line. But still like what Best Buy offers.

I have just had the computer hooked up with my old information, my new printer and it all is working just fine. I like it.
