That's why I bought a new one this time. I have always done business with Best Buy but the Best Buy close to me closed and now I have to drive a good distance or order it on line. But still like what Best Buy offers.

Files opened and closed without anyone touching anything. My son in law bought the exact same computer several weeks earlier and everything about it worked great right out of the box so I returned the one I bought. Best Buy made the return easy but my son in law and I wasted a week trying to make it work. My advice is that if you get one that doesn't work don't waste a week of your time trying to make it work. Just return it right away. I wanted to give the one I got no stars at all but I couldn't post this review without some sort of star rating.
