I will make another appointment to see if the geek squad can help me out. It is really almost impossible for me to make an appointment. But overall I would use again.

It takes FOREVER to open any program and i have set the personalization preferences at lest 10 times and overnight they disappear. I replaced the mouse and keyboard that came with it, they were junk but am still VERY unhappy.

I bought it specifically for editing my photos in Adobe lightroom. The 16 gigs of ram is good for doing so. Lightroom needs this amount of ram to function properly. Happy with it.

A good computer

So far my only complaint is that it does not have a dvd/cd player and I had to purchase a separate one.
