I purchased this in Sept. 2026. It worked great for about the first 3 months. I have had nothing but problems with it since. I called the Geek Squad. They were no help. They could not even take control of my computer remotely. He ended by telling me to buy a new keyboard. Really, the keyboard was new too. He should have made arrangements for a new one to be sent to me. So here it is, several more months, and here I am looking for a new PC again. A new keyboard didn't help. I only bought a new computer because my old HP was at least 15 years old. I should have stuck with an HP.

I wanted to try ACER computers for a while. It was cheaper than DELL so I always try to save a couple of bucks. So far, this computer has worked really fine, no complaints.

This thing is pretty fabulous! For the money, I doubt if there's a better deal out there...! I bought it for my wife, but I think I'm buying another for myself!

I liked the purchase of my computer. The Sales Associate name April was very sweet and knowledgeable in helping me make my purchase.

I can’t believe they even sell a computer this slow at BestBuy, much less charge for it. Even if it was a free, I still don’t think I could recommend it. I purchased this for my father who is 70+ years old and even he was annoyed at how slow it was. He said that his 10 year old computer that I replaced this with was faster. I contacted BestBuy 2 weeks after the 2 week return window closed and was told that I could trade it in but the value was only $50. I asked for a recommendation to buy more RAM and Crucial 8GB was recommended. I purchased the 8GB from an online competitor which was less than half the cost at BestBuy only to discover that this computer has 2 4GB of RAM so I have to replace both of the 4GB to get the maximum 16GB that it allows. This computer was a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself and buy something better. I see now they’ve even hiked the price on this dump but it was $199.99 when I purchased in December 2025.

Performs well. Does everything you'd want a basic desktop PC to do at a very reasonable price. This is the second Acer desktop that we've purchased to replace older machines.

This was a great buy for a small office. We bought this to replace a tower we had. Has been excellent purchase.

I needed a new desktop, did some research and decided on the Acer Aspire. Cannot beat the price and functions!!!

I got this computer for my mom to watch movies, shows and browse the internet. The price was perfect on a sale and delivery was on time. The computer is okay, but slow at times < 2 weeks after purchase> when brousing videos. Its a nice computer, but i wish the speed was better at times ~~

The Aspire XC is the perfect to tackle any task. From basic computing to multimedia , it’s a robust hub for my computing need.

Bare bones PC, upgrading to Win 11. Used mainly for documents, spreadsheets, email and surfing the Net. Not into gaming, so can’t rate that feature.
