Reasonable price - OUTSTANDING Customer Support

Setup to wi-fi and all the rest was easy and fast. For my uses - surfing the net - a little publisher and word processing and some other minor (read: not high end for speed or resolution) programs. However . . . a couple months ago, the Desktop stopped working after attempting to upload a windows OS monthly cumulative update. I contacted Acer's customer support and after accomplishing all the troubleshooting/resolution steps it was still not working. Acer acknowledged the warranty and provided instructions for packaging and mailing the desktop to their repair facility. Oh, and a shipping label at no cost to me. About 10-14 days later I received the repaired Desktop and it's been working fine. I give high marks to ACER not only for a good desktop at a reasonable price but as much for standing by their product with outstanding service.

It’s better than the HP I used before. A drawback is no disc drive. However, its bringing me into the 21st century with thumb drive. Danielle, my sales person, knew exactly what I needed in this economically priced desk top. A very good purchase!! Money well spent.

I needed to replace my Dad's old computer which crashed. This was a great plug and play option. We had it up and going without any issues. We didn't need the wifi card, but I thought that was a very nice addition that allows the location of the tower to be placed anywhere.
