Software Problems

All worked well for the first 3 weeks when using McAfee security software that was loaded on computer. After removing McAfee and loading Kaspersky, we have encountered numerous problems. I don't know if the problem is Windows 10, Kaspersky, or something else.

Stopped working after a month

The laptop boots then we get a black screen. Unfortunately it was 30 days after so now will have to take it to acer. But very unhappy with the progress. Never going to buy acer ever.

Overall a good basic computer

Perfect size and weight for doing school work and taking it with me from home to my office. Screen size is much better as well as the resolution over my last laptop

Broke within a week

This was the second laptop from BB which has a problem in it. First laptop, problem in speaker, BB send it for repair and after 2 weeks I get the message from them that now I am eligible for replacement laptop. This was the replacement unit and again with the problem. Finally, got my money back and bought it from Microsoft.
