    i recieved the lap top ACER ASPIRE 15.6 and it worked when i put in on but when i tried to shut it, it would not shut and i had to pull the battery and electric. I had to bring it to mu best buy STORE and they did not have the same model to give me so i had to upgrade to a HP.

    I returned this computer to Best Buy and purchased another computer there because I was having trouble with the keyboard. The cursor very frequently did not move when I hit the space bar, and the right shift key often failed to capitalize the letter of the alphabet I was typing.

    Device was inoperable right out of the box. No display on screen. BB didn't have any in stock at the store so got an HP which works just fine. I've got one Acer and the new one was for my daughter's birthday which is the reason that I could not wait for another to be delivered.

    The computer was a great buy the only regret I had was not buying the protection plan. My daughter knocked it of the chair after a month and cracked the screen so we weren't able to get it fixed or replaced and ended up buying a new one
