Great for small hands. Keyboard is well thought out. I love the 10 key. It doesn't have a CD rom. Kinda didn't notice that before buying it. It is annoying, but I bought a cheap adaptor that works great. I've had it for two months and I'm very pleased.

Ironically I wasn't looking for a laptop when I went to Best Buy but this caught my eye and Best Buy staff did a good job on selling it to me but I was gonna buy it anyways, absolutely love the capabilities of this laptop it's definitely a great choice.

Your staff representative was very helpful even though I did not have my questions he couldn't have been on our patient and kind. His name is Randall. He was very quick to keep all customers in the right lines and did not give up on me... I had some wrong information and he sorted my problem out and I left very happy.

I like this computer. It is good quality and looks sleek. The start up is a little slower than I am used to which is a little disappointing considering the processor is better than my old one. For the price, however, you can not beat it.

I bought this for my daughter who needed it for school. So far it's been really good and I'm pleasantly surprised I would give it more than 3 stars but I'll take the wait-and-see approach

I went back to school to get my master's degree and this had been a wonderful tool for taking notes in class and keeping me organized. Has lots of functions and features that my other laptop didn't and it's a great size and lightweight.

Computer is great for what my son needs it for. Mildly irritating though is the constant pop ups of apps that were pre-programmed in to the system. Ex: Skype for business

My first full size laptop after using net books for a decade. Looking for more speed and capabilities. Enjoying it so far but still getting used to the weight difference.

My new Acer was just what I was looking for. Went into store with my list of "wants" on my new computer and the employee showed me 2 different laptops. Chose the Acer because my previous laptop was an Acer and I loved how it worked.

I am pleased with the computer that I purchased off of Best Buy.The DVD Player I only had one day, before it was stolen. I can't say to much about that because I did not own it long enough to say if I liked it or not.

Bought this with 150 dollars off for being in college. it is everything I need for school work and I can play pretty much every game out there with it. It also folds backwards so it is kind of like a tablet on a stand. so cool.

Acer is great but I find 365 leaves little to be desired. One thing on the Acer, too many programs they try to get you to sign up for. I would probably recommend the puchases after telling about how many programs and passwords you need. I could have just used windows program.

I absolutely love this laptop. I've had a dell, hp, Toshiba and now acer. This is by far the best laptop I've had. It works great and the quality as well as color is great. We watch movies when I'm not doing school work and the pictures are fabulous. Definitely recommended

I really like this product because I'm a single mom who needs to be flexible. It allows me to be on the go and still do my work. It's great.

The computer is really lightweight and has a beautiful design. Going to tablet mode is a breeze, too. I does feel weird having the keys to the keyboard on my legs when in tablet mode, but it's still pretty cool.

My old computer was very outdated and kept having problems so I ran out and purchased this Acer on a whim. I love everything about it including the fact that it can turn into a tablet as needed. So far so good!

My computer died from having water spilled on it I purchased this one in a hurry as I needed to use a computer to help plan a wedding, works like a charm and the display is great, the colors are true

This unit has turned out to be a great buy! Purchased for my youngest son going away to collage. It handles all the PC needs that the student has. Note taking, reports, print outs, plus finances.

I love this Acer laptop. It's a very nice and technologically sound laptop. I hope to use my laptop for other things in the future. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for something advanced.
