Cheap, no big deal if it breaks. Not sure Office 365 was needed as an additional purchase. My daughter and her friends all use Google docs now.

I've been dealing with many brands of laptops, but this one call my attention (Acer), I did not know much about this brand, but once I bought this product I can't complain cuz it is just a great device.

Our first computer back in the 80s was an Acer and we loved it then and we love our new Acer. We wonder why we went to any other computers bands. We will NEVER buy a nonAcer computer again. We have very little problems with their products. Acer is awesome!!

Walked in looking for a cheap laptop to get me by but all that changed when I came cross this beauty! Great design and good price combined:)

The tablet is exceptional. Clear crisp display. Lots of storage becasue I got the 64 gb. Apps aplenty. Wifi flawless. Camera takes beautiful pictures at huge. You will love this tablet.

The 1080p makes looking at YouTube great. However, there is a lot of glare, as some other reviewers noted. I like everything else, especially the quiet fan, and it charges very quickly.

So, far pleased. Had office software installed. Down side, tried to scan and said had to have that software installed. Pleased, so far.

Got this laptop for my wife. She enjoys it mainly for Facebook. She uses it for other things also. It is fast enough that she doesn't get bored with any of her tasks waiting on the computer

If you are in the market for a good solid laptop, look no further. Although can be a little expensive. The 1080p screen helps alot.

I bought this laptop for work. I was looking for something sleek yet not too pricey. I was already familiar with this brand so I knew I was getting a good product. Have had no problems!

I use the computer of gaming which it is good enough for and it is more than appropriate for more basic use and word processing. Great computer for middle of the road use.

Everything about this computer is great, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop for school

This computer seems to meeting my needs, but the keyboard is incredibly touchy. I keep accidentally deleting emails because of the slightest graze by my finger.

I haven't had a computer in over 5 years but I was tired of using my Phone for everything. This is a great mid level computer. Does all the basic stuff I need.

Love the laptop and have had it for over a year now and it started off great but got a little slower over time by otherwise would highly recommend

Laptop is working great, the kids love the tent feature especially, i wish I had asked for it to be preloaded with Office. other than that it was perfect.

This is now my everything. Desktop hooked up to second monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer. Laptop to travel with. Tablet. It's perfect so far 1 week into it.

Our son loves this computer. We had to fulfill the requirements needed for a laptop to be useful for the classes he takes - and this one is perfect. Excellent value!

Would have been better if they had more on stock. Then wasn't set up when we came to pick it up. Lack of communication with the sales people and pick up.

It's a good laptop the but cord to the charger is very flimsy. Also no DVD player/burner so you have to buy one. But easy to set up and no crashes so far.
