My second Acer and I'm happy as a clam. Never used Windows 10 before and found it easy to navigate. I'm any case, Acer is a quality product as always. Love the back lit keyboard and large screen. Nice having number keypad as well.

Y'all, this laptop is great! I only use it at home for internet and Office programs. I watched an episode of a show on it this morning, though, and I was impressed. There wasn't a lag and the picture was great. It also has the number pad on the keyboard and that is really nice. The tablet feature is nice too.

My son and I love our new ACER computer. I am not always in the front row when it comes to technology, but I must say that even at my level, I can tell that this was a wise computer choice.

This is a well built laptop. Although its a platinum plastic case, it is solid. The display is excellent and easy to see off angle. The display also stays in place where you position it. The track pad works well and the key pad feels good. It has number pad style key pad. The power chord is ample long. The only issue is the power jack that plugs into the laptop could be more robust. You need to be careful with it as it could be easily broken if man handled. As long as your careful with it you'll be fine. Its also relatively quite. Fan noise is minimal. All in all a great laptop for a lower end i5 series.

Years ahead of it's time and I still use it (purchased in 2016) Acer does not even make these great 15" 2 in 1's anymore. To replace it (paid 690.00) it would cost over a grand. Not to mention the fact it had a hidden SSD slot in addition to the 1tb HDD slot. So I just do a hard drive mirror internally for my backups. No one has both anymore.

VERY happy with computer. Have been using for 4 months, with great performance and functinoality, especially after deleting bloatware. Only frustration is where the charger plugs into comoputer. Very small and bends easily. Will need to bring it in for replacement - though not sure if I will keep it or possibly upgrade for something more solid. Would recommend if you are not overly mobile...

I really like this laptop and the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because when I open it after it's been inactive or sleeping for awhile, it says no internet and won't let me try to connect to a different Wi-Fi. I've tried troubleshooting by restarting my router but it did nothing. I've found the only solution is to wait for about 30 minutes to an hour and then it starts working just fine after that.

This specially mfg model at BB DOES NOT have the separate graphics processor that made the R15 such a value buy in most ratings for 2016. Almost bought at my local BB but dug deeper into the specs to find that this one is different. Deal breaker. Of course prices can't be compared to other places, but I was willing to give BB my money because of their excellent customer service. To get discrete graphics I'd have to spend a lot more than the average.

This computer is very fast and can perform many things at a time.

VERY sluggish performance. Like previous reviewer, bulamon, I too was getting weird black and white spots randomly when using browser. Half the time when trying to open an app, it just will not open it.. as in seriously the apps just don't open; nothing happens. Also won't switch to tablet mode. And the fans just SCREAM constantly. It sounds worse than my five year old computer on its last legs. Couldn't believe it... Screen is sharp and bright though. Returned to local store and upgraded to an HP. Not sure why I went against my gut and went with an Acer.

This is my third acer laptop over years (the old ones are still in good condition) and I like acer's consistent performance, design and details!

this is a great laptop, was really slow on start up, but after removing all the bloat ware it is now extremely fast. The screen view is great also.

I saw this laptop at my local Best Buy & I loved it after checking everything out on it. I love the color as well it's a big plus to me! Amazing laptop I recommend anyone that wants a laptop & tablet to buy this you get 2 in 1!

I was very excited to use this product the moment I purchased it. I did read the reviews and it seemed to be a good choice. I needed a laptop for school and decided to go with this one. After the 2nd time I used it I was getting a glitch on my screen. I had to close and open up my browser for it to go away. Then the 3rd time I used it the screen went dark and would not display this should happen after day 3. I have had it for one week and have had many issues, to include the glitches of the screen. Luckily I am within my 15 day window to return it and will be due to the many issues I have encountered in a short time.

. . . is slow. Right out of the box I was very disappointed. The specs seem fine: i5 processor and 8 gigs of RAM. But this laptop just ran slow. Sluggish response in just about every way. Just not acceptable for someone on the go. A client who is a busy business owner bought this for himself and after I set it up I suggested he return it.
