i was hesitant to buy this laptop. I was looking at the Hp laptop with AMD processor, I choose this laptop because of the processor Intel core i5. And I'm happy I made the right decision to buy this over Hp. Good quality and fast laptop. Highly recommended.

Great 2-in-1. Backlit keyboard, separate numeric pad and easy to use function buttons are great. Hinges that convert laptop to a tablet feel sturdy and not cheaply made. I have had the laptop for 2 months and no major problems or kinks. My first Acer and already better than the Dell's I previously owned.

Usually buy HP laptops but I wasn't happy with the one I bought last month so I returned it and bought the Acer. I have no complaints about the computer so far. Pretty good price and all the components seem to work as expected.

Good computer, feels good to work at, cut above cheaper ones. Enjoy touch screen. No probs so far, owned for 4 weeks. Fan kicks in quicker than I'm used to but told that's a good thing to stop it getting hot.

Nice slim Laptop that would meet the needs of most students. Lightweight and easy to carry from class to class. The screen is high resolution and particularly sharp when compared to others in the same price range. The special student discount made this a best buy

needed a new laptop since my previous one would not upgrade to windows 10. Researched many different makes and models and decided on this one. I really like the fact that it has the numeric keypad and that I can use it in tablet or laptop mode and it is a touch screen.

My grandson's school requires laptops. Did some research and for the price and features, this laptop seemed to be a good fit. Turns out, I was not disappointed, laptop does everything he needs.

This is a fantastic computer, but it's only flaw is the fact that the battery life is not so hot. Moving away from that, is a great 2-in-1 computer for kids (the tablet mode) and adults (the performace) of all ages. Just don't expect to play games like Grand Theft Auto V or CS:GO on the maximum settings, running 60 frames a second.

I returned a Dell computer because it didn't fit the bill. This one is all that you could want and a bargain also.

I love my computer now. This is the second I had. The first one the keys broke so I had to return it. Very fast and works really well. Haven't had a minutes trouble out of the new one.

I have had this laptop for a little over a month and zero problems. The machine is fast during boot-up and when running. The Windows 10 has been easy to adapt to after being a Mac user for the past 4 years. I would recommend this laptop anytime.

I love my new laptop! I love how clear and bright the screen is! Speaker volume is great also. Looks great but also it's fast and takes almost no time when loading. I hadn't used a Windows computer in a while but Windows 10 so far looks great!

I first purchased the laptop that was the one for 259 on sale...but when I got home it was slower than the one I was replacing! This laptop is quick...responsive and exactly what I was looking for. Resolution on screen is amazing.

Excellet laptop. Fast. Memory seems decent. It runs a little loud, and battery runs low fairly quickly however; it is overall one of the better operating laptops I have had over the years. Best Buy employees were incredibly helpful.

I purchased this for my daughter who was entering middle school at the time, I didn't want to spend anything over $800. This computer is amazing, she can do everything on it and it's very fast. Its easy to use and it's a huge plus that it's a touch screen. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

I was very surprised at how easy it was to connect to my wireless system. iIt was quick. About all I had to do was input my IP address and my password for my router and I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I was also impressed at how quick it was to connect my my cell phone to it for printing.

I got the laptop in discounted price from best buy. Laptop is fast and working smooth. Minus 1 rating is because joint part is very flexible. So flexible that sometimes screen screen rotates itself while holding the laptop.

This is really a great laptop! Love it! Forget the more expensive apple product. This works great!
