I am new to Windows 10 so it is going to take me some time to get use to it. Very frustrating at times but will get there.

This came highly recommended by the sales person but wasn't even the highest costing option so didn't feel sold.

I simply love my computer. It has so many great features that compliment everything I need to do for school.

Had this for about 4 years. Ran into an issue right out of the box where the loading process froze mid way through. Some relatively minor issues throughout this time but now the screen will not turn on, keyboard lights up and stays lit up, but nothing else happens. At times it would stop recognizing the internet and would need to be restarted or updated (even though no update messages were previously given). It was always pretty slow even though it was hardly used for anything other than email or school work.

Cost is more than the average laptop, but if have your laptop for 2 years or more, its worth the extra money

This is a very nice little laptop for general use. It's in no way a gaming computer but it also is not anywhere near the price of a gaming computer. But for word processing, email, internet cruising, social networks etc it does great. The 6th gen dual core i5 processor also has no problem handling a photo editing program such a Corel PaintShop Pro. It has a dual band wifi card in it so you can see and connect to a 5gh band when available. The display is sharp and clear with a 1080 resolution. The 1TB Hard Drive's speed has been more than adequate for anything I have used it for. I love the backlit keyboard on the laptop, I've had that feature before and I wont have a laptop without it. It had a touch screen and can do the 360° fold and be put into tablet mode and used as a tablet if desired. Its thin and light making it a great travel computer. I do have a few dislikes that may or may no be important to you. The sound quality of the built in speakers is lacking (but it provides a great sounding clear signal via bluetooth to my headphones) There is no DVD/CD drive There is no battery door you can just open to remove the battery. You would need to take the back off by removing several screws if you wanted for instance to remove the battery to reset the computer. Its smaller than the 17 inch I have been accustomed to but I believe I will get used to it. (Windows 10 just rolled out an anniversary edition of the software and it did a major update. I opened the computer at a point where the screen was black and it wouldn't respond but I could hear the hard drive going so I I just let it sit and it was fine in about and hour) But with that being said I still think its a great little computer in the mid range price bracket.
