I bought this computer for my office, which is a shared soace. Printing and faxing are shared. I have been very happy with the laptop, with the exception that it sometimes es does glitchy things when I am trying to print. It is not the office's printer because it does nit happen to anyone else, and the office staff have checked things out to confirm this. Other than that, it is light weight, easy to use and the graffics are good

This computer has served its purpose for college had no problems downloading Microsoft office 2016 and Webroot. Am having some issues uploading to one drive though. Only have used twice.

Very nice device. Good construction/quality, only problem sometimes the keyboard have to hit buttons more than once. Other than that, good quality, nice screen, plenty of space for SSD.

I bought this laptop for my son. I couldn't spend top dolllar but it is great for his photography needs. He loves it, so I'm very happy!

Great laptop so far. Resolution can make some program graphics and letters a little blurry but changing the resolution fixes it. Love all the features and how fast it starts up. It's light and thin and beautiful. Wish that it would say if the ram is upgradable or not.

Everything was delivered as promised. Great set of features considering how much you pay for: Plenty of USB ports, USB type C port, super light and and feels durable in the hand. SSD keeps the system running fast. Very happy with my purchase.

Like the computer, but hating Windows 10. Touch screen is good, but can't use for everything

I have been pleasantly surprised about my new laptop. It was a little pricey, but when going for results you need to spend a little more. I believe I made the right choice by going to Best Buy and getting everything I need for years to come with support.

I felt it was time for a new pc. This unit was recommended by the sales associate based on what I wanted in a pc. So far, it has been a good choice. Only downside is I don't have a good dedicated internet connection so that I can use it to its potential.

This was a nice computer, but I returned it because I needed more memory. Otherwise, it was recommended by the Best Buy salesperson and had all of the features that I wanted. The computer also would sit like a tent which was a bonus.

I was searching for a decent price laptop and I found this one, it wasn't the cheapest but I like the quality put into it. I am satisfied with it so far.

The computer is great. I did have to have my original one replaced because the keypad didn't work. The return probes was easy and I had a new one quickly.

i purchased the two lap tops for both of my daughters, which attend high school and college. The lap tops work great meeting the needs of both of them.

Love everything about this laptop. It's fast, boots up quickly, and can convert to a tablet. Lightweight, and perfect for students.

Nice computer. Startup/setup took longer than expected. Don't be afraid if the computer doesn't turn on once it downloads etc. It will...eventually.

After spending 15 out of 30 days working with Geek Squad online and at the Best Buy Store to get rid of error messages on my first Acer R5 - 471T, the machine completely failed with a clean install of W10. Best Buy's Geek Squad graciously offered me a store credit equal to what I originally paid. I chose to try a second Acer Aspire R5-471T, have the Geek Squad set it up for me and, then, I started rebuilding my customized preferences one more time. I have been VERY pleasantly surprised to have had everything work properly without any further intervention from the Geek Squad. I even got brave, eventually, and tried the same game app which had revealed there was a graphics problem on my first R5. Amazingly, the old error messages have never appeared on my 2nd Aspire R5 laptop. I am quite happy about that! I do tend to stay with the desktop operation rather than the W10 apps and I use a wireless mouse to navigate. So, I can't really give feedback on the "tablet" and "touch" function of the Aspire R5-471T other than the device feels kind of bulky when I try to use it as a tablet with the keyboard folded back-to-back with the screen. The all-black Acer Aspire R-461T won't win any beauty contests but it seems to be a "pretty" functional laptop for these past 2.5 weeks I've been using it.

Was looking to replace an aging laptop, was given an ipad as a gift. Worked for a year to try to make it work as a computer. Failed. This machine does everything an ipad does, with the full functionality of a computer.
