I'm new to lap top, solid state hard drive and tablet style. The Acer Aspire incorporated all three in one unit. I'm still adjusting from a desk top and the portability is a plus. I think one month since purchase does not lend to a complete review of the product.

Very pleased with this computer. It is a thin, lightweight computer with a fast startup time. The solid state drive allows it to run cool and quiet with good battery life. Works great for web browsing and word processing.

This was a purchase for my daughter who needed it for college. So far it has been a GREAT computer. No problems whatsoever. Fast moving from tab to tab. Love that it is touch screen and the screen folds all the way back to make it more like a tablet. Would definitely recommend!

I traded in another one year old laptop for this one. I am so pleased with the performance of this unit. It has all the features I wanted.It is so nice not to hear the hard drive noise.

Bought a desktop and this Aspire at the same time. Great Product, fast light and efficient.

My best friend got the laptop, and I was intrigued. When I saw that I could use F12 to make up for no numbers pad next to the letters, I was sold. I like that I can use the touch pad, touch screen or a mouse.

I bought the computer a year to use it while I travel. It is fast and, so far, reliable. 256 GB SSD is sufficient to keep documents of the go. When my boss has first seen the computer, he checked the weight. He said the computer was on heavy side.

I bought it last month and had to send it for repairs because the hard drive crashed. A message saying that i needed to boot the computer

I tried. On paper, this is a powerful laptop, at least for surving the net and occasional word processing. But loaded with useless gadgets from the manufacturer when you first unpack it , it slows down to a crawl. After uninstalling all the things that watch what you do and constantly tell you what to buy next (to make the machine even slower) it becomes a useful little PC. But wait... there is Windows! When you switch to tablet mode by flipping the laptop, your desktop icons are gone! And no, this is no user error, its a feature...In my opinion Windows 10 missed it again. This is my very last try .. This thing goes back to Best Buy

I love the help received at BestBuy to choose the correct laptop.. Superb!!
