I watch Netflix, but it froze sometimes when it is played. I use chrome, but it crash more than just a couple times. And maybe there is a feature that I don't know but it goes to sleep all the sudden out of nowhere. The the surface of the device easily show the grease. It is brand new and there are so many questions.... So about the good side. Well, it comes with a self marinating software, which helps you tone up and clean up and etc. And well, 2-1 is quiet convenient but the software development has not reach my satisfaction yet. And... Well, overall, I am just lazy to change it to another one.

Needed to replace home PC & decided on a laptop for portability. Love the touch screen & have adapted to the keyboard, no problem. I haven't used the alternate positions (tablet etc) but it's nice to have the flexibility. Full HD is wonderful!

I bought the computer for someone else but did use it a little. Very nice.

I purchased this last weekend (11/7/15) when it was on sale for $649.99. It has performed perfectly since I got it. I have SSDs in my desktop computers so that was what I wanted in the laptop. The Kingston SSD is fast and from power on to stable desktop takes only about 15 seconds. Of course ACER's are known for their very quick POST so if you ever want to access the BIOS hold down the F2 key before you press the power button. It runs all the programs I already had without a hitch, some going back to Windows NT. The display is clear and crisp and the backlit keyboard is nice in dim light. I cannot comment on battery life because so far it has been plugged in when I was using it. But with the low wattage CPU and the SSD consuming little energy I would expect the battery life to be well above average. If you are looking for a 2 in 1 that won't bust the bank but provide excellent performance, get this one. You can pay a couple hundred dollars more and get the same unit with an i7 and a 512gb SSD but this one does what I need it for fine.

Con: no DVDs player couldn't download the Windows office I already had.

The screen is a perfect size and the 360 positioning is an added plus.

Good battery last a while. Great for taking notes in class. I think one of the speakers busted the first week, so I will be taking it in when I get a chance.

Love the laptop very much. It's perfect for on-the- go type of work.
