Easy to use and at a great price. I bought this for my wife, who was skeptical of the touch screen / Windows 10, but she's now a believer. This cam highly recommended from the Best Buy staff and now we see why!

Purchased this for one of my coworkers to serve as an on the road machine. Specs and power were pretty good for the price. This machine isnot anything extraordinary but is a fairly good little laptop.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the performance of the computer. It was simply that for me, it was too large when in tablet position to be used as a viable tablet.

Very Easy to use. Love the touch screen. Gave it to my 74 year old technically challenged mom and she loves it. I only wish that there had been some discounts associated with it..Kinda pricey

My second Acer laptop, once again they delivered a great laptop for less $$$ than the competition. Battery life is good. i5 processor and SSD is more than fast enough for what I use it for.

nice computer/tablet interface. but i think it falls short of expectations because its not the fastest in my experience. plus it comes with very few apps.

I did not buy this product from Best Buy. They advertised a 52EE model but at stores in Delaware, Maryland, NJ and New York City, the SKU number referred to a similar model, the 51UN. When I requested the 52EE, the store inventory computer indicated that it was in stock. But the storeroom only had 51UN models. The national customer service center was informed and reported this as a "SKU number error." Purchased this laptop from the Acer Store.

I love this 2-1. I primarily am using it as laptop, but the ability to turn it into a tablet is nice. It has been easy to set up and use. I wanted a laptop that was not too heavy and durable for lots of travel. The 15" screen is a great size and easily fits in a backpack. It is slim and light weight. It has great processing speed. Easily connects to wifi. Only down side I have had is that it does not have a built in Blue-Ray or DVD player. I purchased an external drive to play movies with. I also bought a 15" screen protector to protect the screen when I am using it in tablet mode.

This has exactly what I wanted- touch screen, wireless. Wish it would be a little lighter though.

I was originally looking to get a much more expensive laptop. On looking at the available models this one caught my eye. I was not looking for one with a touchscreen but I'm glad I got one. Now that I have it I'm certain I would miss it if I didn't. Anyhow this model has a very crisp display. Plenty speedy. The only drawback I can think of is the tiny power connector. It looks like it could easily get damaged.

Very fast laptop. It has a nice sleek design. Could be a little lighter but not too heavy.

Very happy with my purchase. Mostly use it for student needs, but it also works great in some gaming. Works fast and so far it has not failed me.
