It is nice that i can flip it around and it turns 360 degree. It is my first time using acer so it took some time to get used to but its pretty nice

For simple things okay . But when you start wanting graphics and faster processing that's where it lacks .

This laptop is a pleasure to use. Long battery life, really responsive, very little bloatware, everything has worked well with no problems installing other software. The solid state hard drive and fast processor are great!

We picked this out with some help from a sales person and it has so far proven to be a good choice for my daughter who is a freshmen in college.

It's about time windows computers run as cool as apple computers. I can set the computer on bare legs and not get burnt. Lightning fast startup, can start working in less than 10 seconds. Highly recommended .

Very nice laptop with nice features but it is a bit heavy. Power button is a bit of a pain, can't tell when the laptop has turned on.

This is an extraordinary laptop and meets my every need great on space, speed, looks super sleek, light weight and great quality. I recommend this to every its the best this out there for the price.

I'm disappointed that this computer couldn't last a few weeks without the screen malfunctioning. Also, the add-on software, such as the password keeper, was awkward and too frequently interrupted whatever I was doing. Nice form factor and finish, too bad about the screen.

Just purchased this computer a month ago and already needed to take it to the geek squad to be fixed :-( not happy with my purchase

I bought one of these for my older son, it was so great we bought one for our youngest just finishing his degree. I was not sure about Acer as we have always bought other brand names, but it is sweet.

Have been using it now for 3 weeks and very satisfied. Took me no time at all to learn windows 10 coming from 7.

For a laptop with a core i5 and ssd, it's fast, nice graphics(full HD), excellent OS(Windows 10) Only downside is bloatware.

Still getting used to the touch screen and a new OS but everything works like it should

This isn't really a good laptop, but there weren't a lot of choices. The cursor jumps, I have already invested hours trying to get it fixed, but the problem is still there. This is JUST good enough that I didn't go to the time, expense, and trouble of returning it, but am on the fence as to whether that was my smartest choice. In any case, I will live with it for now, even with the cursor-jumping problem.

The only problem I have with this laptop is the keypad, I find it hard to use.It is very sensitive to where you click for the left click-you MUST be all the way to the left bottom or it does not work. You can not be off at all.

Smaller than I am used to but I was looking to down size. I like the tablet feature. The smaller size is nice for travel.

Great in-store support, that's why I bought Acer laptop. Very knowledgeable, helpful sales rep in computer section in San Carlos Best Buy. Geek Squad set-up and support was wonderful too.
