Computer is excellent. it has great speed and the resolution of the monitor is great. I like the flexibility of the tablet mode and the touch screen.

Not the fastest laptop for what you pay for, but the feature-set is definitely full.

Pros: A Lot! I've had this computer for a few weeks. It was the best deal at the 600 price point -after msft 50 credit. The screen is excellent on this computer. The speed is great too when surfing on the net and looking at youtube videos, etc. It boots up in seconds. SSD contributes to the speed where I will never go back to a 5400 rpm hard drive! The battery is great with easily 6 plus hours on a single charge. Who surfs for more than that in a day? Battery lasts me for normal day use plus would likely last almost 2 considering 3+ hours of use- unlimited each day. The build quality is excellent and it feels very solid. Love the 14 in screen which is what I upgraded from. The weight is easy at ~4 pounds or so. Cons: The charger is slim and I don't know if it will hold up for a few years or not. Battery could be better but it is still very good at 6 plus hours on a single charge. I surf, watch some videos at this usage amount. There is some bloatware and a video driver issue that has not completely resolved yet but has gotten much better. If you are on the fence, buy it- you wont regret it! Great computer -Love it!

Good basic computer for a family. Best Buy was a good experience in terms of guidance.

Fast, quality build, and just the right size. Graphics and sound are very good. Hard drve is just what I wanted. You won't be sorry with this buy.

The Acer - Aspire R14 2-in-1 14 Touch-Screen Laptop is very good ... built to last, quick to boot up, easy to use. We're very pleased with it.

I have bought 5 computers in my life. 2 were bad and the 3 awesome ones were Acer all from bestbuy!

Only issue is the battery life. Not very long vs. other laptops I have had.

This laptop is really nice and has every feature i needed for a decent price.

If you are looking for a solid, sub $1,000 laptop then this is perfect for you. The touch screen in sensitive and on point. The integrated graphics card is wonderful for all types of media including casual gaming. (Runs games like diablo or league of legends like a champ). The solid state drive sets it apart from its competitors even further as it runs nearly silent, draws less power from the battery (which has good life between recharges) and starts up lightning quick with very quick data access. Converts easily between laptop and tablet modes. Overall great buy. As long as you are not looking for a high octane gaming laptop, this will suit all your needs.

First off, this thing is incredible. It has an i5 6200u processor in it which is an absolute beast and also does not consume very much power. There is never much of a load time, whether it be an application or a file, virtually anything. The SSD also speeds things up tremendously as well, and all of this comes with 8GB of RAM and a full HD screen. Haha for a little over 700 dollars. I couldn't ever picture needing a PC any faster than this thing as well, it truly rivals my Dell desktop which has a core i5 4460 3.20Mhz which is pretty fast. Don't spend 1300 dollars unless you want a 4k screen which I can understand, but this thing is fast enough that you don't need the i7 6500u. Buy it. I'm using it for school right now and it's seriously OP for my needs, but I love things to load fast, and I got what I paid for.

Great laptop purchased for an online class because mine was not compatible. It was more than I needed and within a great price range.

Graphics were good but I returned it after just a few days. It kept locking up on me and my mouse would dissappear for brief periods. I didn't want to take chances and get stuck with it since it was having issues in the first few days. I changed directions and just spent money on a MacBook Pro.

Was nervous to get started with it at first but the set up was so quick and simple I just love it not hard to navigate at all

Store associates were helpful in picking out this brand--middle of the road for price and lots of good tech features.

Very happy with the Acer laptop. Still learning to navigate thru Windows 1en but on the Acer it has been a pleasure.
