Problems out of the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this computer 2 weeks ago for $699. Pretty large/somewhat bulky, but functional 2-in-1 design. Began having issues immediately with a "media display driver" error. Open apps would crash/pause or freeze. For a new purchase, this is more than I'm willing to put up with. Employees tried to get me to overlook and deal with it. Not sure why consumers would be misled to keep something that is an obvious problem. Surprisingly, the price dropped to $599 this week.

Bluetooth
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the bluetooth does not turn off when i press the button and their is no black lit keyboard i have never once seen the key board light up nor an option in the computer program to turn it on trust me i've looked everywhere in its files and hard ware. Why would a computer one day be able turn off and on blue work then the next day not even give the option is beyond me. does not work well with simple games like The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim which it should be able to support based on its specs.

Broke after 2 months

After an update, the computer would not boot. Acer techical support stated that the laptop would need to be returned for repairs. Acer refused to pay for shipping for their defective craptop. Do not buy an acer product.

I was not able to complete the setup. Well, I did purchase the Best Buy GEEK SQUAD warranty. Back it goes. Too bad, it looked so cool.
