Bought this for my teenager daughter not just because she wanted a laptop but also to get her off my desktop. It worked to a T. Now about 2 weeks later and no issues. She does homework, videos, surfing, facetime with friends. Every other day I ask her how it is and she loves it. Great performance and outstanding picture quality for a third less than bigger names with same internal components

This laptop seems to performing very well. I exchanged from a HP that was aweful

After using this machine for a month, the only issue I have with it is the screen brightness fluctuating a lot when switching frames during video play. However, that may be fixable. I don't know. Other than that, its a good computer. Good video resolution, good battery life, sturdy parts. Decent sound quality. Would buy an Acer again no problem, but I would look around for one with out the brightness fluctuation.

This computer does everything I need from stream movies, used as a tablet, and in general an overall nice computer. I loved the touch screen as some do not but it's a feature I really enjoy. The speed and storage space is perfect for what I need

A good combination of fast CPU, touch screen, and SSD. Screen size is just all right for easy reading and good portable. Bought one for kid to do homework and reading.

Needed a new laptop in a hurry and this one did the trick. It was a fairly easy transition from Windows 8. Processing speed so far is good.

After researching and trying several brands this Acer is the Best Laptop in it's class . The solid state is truly worth some memory sacrifice and the backlit keyboard and sound quality are excellent. Keyboard touch in also nice and touchpad performs better than most in this price range. BestBuy staff was very professional and really couldn't ask for more in making a decision.

I purchased two of these laptops. One works great and I would say awesome, however, the 2nd laptop had problems right from the beginning. Contacted Acer twice and still did not fix the issue so it had to be returned. I am still up in the air on the replacement laptop.

it freezes and i have to shut it down by the button. I've already had it for 30 days, i will take it back to the best buy i got it from if it keeps acting up...

nice size, good speed, power and screen. Only cons are the backlit keyboard must be turned on every time you use the computer - there is no setting to just turn it on and leave it on and comes preloaded with a lot of junk software. All in all, I would purchase again.

This is just what I was looking for...light weight and nice size screen.

I love my laptop. It does everything I ask it to do plus it has great features like the touchscreen and the casting to my Roku on my TV. It's a quick machine still after one year of ownership and I hope to keep it for a long time.

Great laptop, love the solid state drive and the versatility of it.

I researched for 2 months to find the best features, speed, mobility and price I needed. love the touch screen-is very clear picture , no lag in loading programs, or watching downloads. Has the SSD drive which makes it very fast.

I had some trouble setting up and wasn't helped very much by the techs at acer . I felt each of them just wanted t get another call and am sure one was on another call. I decided to retry and finally reached someone that was sincerely ready to help.
