This was the perfect purchase for my grandson who resides in Katy TX. Being able to go on-line in another time zone, purchase it and have my son pick it up for him was made seamless and My Future Ivy League Scholar was ready to go back to school with a few clicks!

I don’t use the laptop much but when I do I never have any problems with it. Pretty reliable and it works well with Google Docs!

This chromebook is a nice size and functions well.

Very nice and sleek laptop, great bang for your buck

Bought this chromebook for my kids homeschooling. And man, this chromebook is perfect. The touchscreen has been a great feature that my 8 year old utilizes, a lot! I got this chromebook on a back to school sale, $149.00 each. What a steal! 14" touchscreen!

Bought this item as a Christmas gift for me and my wife. We have had one similar (same brand) for about 8 years and now time to retire it. The old one has been a workhorse with no problems so that is why I bought this unit.

This Chromebook has more than met my expectations. The only thing I would like to add and can't is an additional 4GB of RAM.

A very affordable and top of the line Chromebook. Great for students doing homework and research purposes. Love the touch screen capabilites with an all around ease of use. Thank you Best Buy for the help also.

All is good! But try getting another model support for this machine is till 2027 while the others are till 2030. Or better yet just buy a windows machine and install chrome os! You will have the option to upgrade the ram and storage for some

I really like this computer. It's light and quick for my needs which would be streaming and instruction at school. The bag is nice too which adds a bit of protections when carrying from home to work and back.

Good for basic things, but cannot run a lot of programs. No itunes, no regular virus protection. If you can figure out Linux, you can download and run some things. I unfortunately couldn’t figure it out so I had to upgrade.

I love it the only thing I dislike is that I can’t connect my iPhone and everything I save HAS to be uploaded to a google drive. But other then that if you’re a college student I’d reccomend this.

The PC is a nice piece of harware, the GPU is fast and does the job and it was a really good deal considering the extra ram (12mb) compared to other pca at same price. But I am not very happy with Windows 11. They took many of the customizable features away.

Acer is my go to for a Chromebook. I've tried other brands before and they don't compare. This model seems to run faster and the touchscreen is very smooth. It also came with a small carrying case which is a bonus.

Bought this laptop for my Lady. She loves the laptop for simplicity and great battery power. She's not a power user like me so this laptop would be great for everyday tasks.

I bought the laptop when theres a deal for back to school. Im so satisfied when i gave the laptop to my son all the way to the philippines he loves it!

I needed a cheap chrome book to carry with me for basic tasks. It’s fine. The screen resolution is a bit disappointing. But it’s fine for me. Worth the $150. Wish it had a small brick charger too.

I like this little Chromebook. It is fast enough for my schoolwork, and I love the touch screen feature.
