    I went from a student Chromebook to this disaster. My 2017 student Chromebook ran out of updates, or I wouldn't have bought a new Chromebook. I thought I was upgrading, but that is not the case. I'm constantly having to fix something in settings or reboot this Chromebook. I use my phone more now because using this Chromebook is frustrating. Please don't buy it. Best Buy only allows a two-week return window. The two-week window starts from the day you order. I can't afford their return policy so I will buy my stuff from one of the many competitors. BEST Buy has been going downhill for many years. They only give you two weeks to return it because they want you to buy their warranties.

    This chromebook has an amazing and brilliant display. Certaiin regular shiws that I watvhed regular shows and ads appeared in 3D like imagery.It cannot handle mulri tasking. The processing is extremely slow. Multiple pauses not due to wifi issues. It operates as a $2 computer. Id you just want a beautiful display to watch shows fone

    I purchased this laptop for minor use since im not in school right now. After using my laptop a hanful of times, my laptop shut down on me twice during an important video call. A week after that when i decided to use it again, my laptop wpuldnt turn on even after fully charging it.

    I've had a Chromebook for 4 years and upgraded to the Acer 314 Chromebook. So far its been a good experience. Its a better processor, better storage capacity, and a higher-quality display. The 14-inch screen is a good balance between portability and usability, and the touchscreen display is another great feature that I find particularly useful. I also appreciate the Chromebook's lightweight design, which makes it easy to carry around. This is not be a high-end gaming laptop, it is more than capable of handling basic tasks. The Intel Celeron processor and 4GB of RAM provide enough power smooth performance for most day-to-day tasks. The 64GB of storage capacity is also sufficient to store files and documents locally Compared to my previous Chromebook, the Acer 314 has a longer battery life, which is a significant improvement. I can use the device throughout the day without having to worry about running out of power. About 10 to 12 hours. Also could have been the battery on my old Chromebook was dying Overall I would recommend this Chromebook for someone who is looking for basic functioning laptop to go online, check email, use social media, and watch videos.

    This is my second Chromebook. The first one we've had for a few years and used it for basic stuff. This one is more of the same. It doesn't replace our main laptop that we use for gaming and pictures, but everything else this laptop handles without any issues. First the negatives - only really had one and it's the speakers. We've used it to watch movies and shows. In a quiet room or car, it's fine otherwise I would just stick with headphones or you will not get a amount of volume. It's very clear but not very loud. Positives - First off, it's sleek and lightweight. It has decent performance and we didn't really notice it bogging down while messing with Photos or surfing. We did notice a little lag when launching sites or apps, but only at first. At the initial launch, it seemed to run just fine with no issues. I don't know if it was a security thing that was validating the site or program, but no issues after it launched. Probably the best thing about it was it's battery life. We could go a couple of days using it without it complete being drained. Proper maintenance will hopefully maintain this but so far it's been a good addition. The price is good and competative, but if you can get it on sale...winner winner...!!!

    This Acer Chromebook has soo far been absolutely amazing! I have used Microsoft windows laptops and most recently had an Ipad, and Macbook Air, but this shockingly tops all of them in completing basic online tasks. I was somewhat confused about all of the differences between a "Chromebook" and a "Windows based Laptop" upon entering rweceiving the unit. After speaking with a few people whom are knowledgeable, the simplicity of this Acer Chromebook seemed too good to be true. To set it up was quick and easy, no more than simply signing into my Google e-mail account and I was good to go! It has everything I need and more with easy access. It operates very fast, the screen is touch enabled, bright and clear, and I have used it every day since I got it, the battery has suprisingly good life & usually lasts more thasn a days worth of use before having to charge. I have nothing but more than positive things to say about this Chromebook, and I can't believe it was the one of the cheapest ones available there. I intend on reccomending to others looking for a Chromebook. I love it!

    I picked this Chromebook up on February 23 and not even two months later, it will not charge and the motherboard has went out. Even for the cost, I have only used my less than 20 times and it should not have went out this quicklu

    I will not buy anything from Best Buy again. This Chromeboook stopped working less than a month after purchase. My previous Acer Chromebooks lasted for years. Very disappointed.
